Chapter 4: Our Little Secret

The next day Liu woke me up and helped me into my wheelchair. We made our way to breakfast where everyone was arguing. "Is it always like this?" i asked. "There being quiet. You should hear when they're not." Sully explained. "I don't really want to." i said. "Good." he replied. Anyway i took a seat next to Eyeless Jack and Toby. "h-hey Kira do you like waffles?" Toby asked. I nodded and said "there really good with maple syrup." he hugged me and i giggled. "So Kira if you don't mind me asking do you know Jeff on a personal level?" Laughing jack asked. "No i just met him. Why do you ask?" i asked. "Well it's just your protectors are Jane and Liu right? So wouldn't that mean that they would be able to protect you from him?" LJ asked. He's getting smart. Did he hear what me and Liu were talking about. "Well i guess, but i think that Slenderman just thought that since there was a empty room between Liu and Jane that they would be my protectors." i replied. "That does make since. Plus Liu and Jane are the only regulars that sleep downstairs and thanks to Kira's legs he can't always go up and down them." Hoodie explained. I took a small sigh of relief. LJ kept staring at me. He knew that i was the brother Jeff was looking for. Yet for some reason he kept it a secret. Later that day i was wondering around the place just looking around and getting used to my surroundings. "Hey Kira let me speak with you for a minute." Jeff said calling me over. "Y-yea?" i asked rolling over to him. "What's your real name?" he asked. "I um [Another Fake Name]

." i lied. "Your lying. Take off your mask." he said getting irritated. I was about to until Liu came over and stole me from him. "Thanks." i said. "Like i would let him get close to you. I'm pretty much watching you 24/7." he said rolling me into his room. "That was pretty close. We better keep you away from Jeff for awhile." Liu said. Not knowing that someone was on the other side of the door.

Jeff's pov

*in dreamland/flashback*

"You look tired Yami. maybe you should Go. To. Sleep." i said as i plunged the knife into Yami's stomach. "Night Jeffy." were the only words i heard from him before exiting the room.

*end of dream*

I woke up with sweat falling from my forehead. I was terrified. "Am i some sort of pussy. He's long gone." i said. "Oh your up. Something bothering you Jeffrey?" LJ asked. "Just the dream again. I don't know why i keep having it." i replied. "Hey Jeff you know Kira isn't what he seems." LJ said suddenly. "What do you mean?" i asked. "I saw him without his mask on. You know he looks just like that little brother of yours that you love talking about." LJ stated. "[M/n]'s long gone. I killed him myself. Sure i had a suspicion today, but he's obviously not him." i replied. "You said the same thing about Liu. you know when Liu introduced me to the kid he used the word 'brother' and 'jeff' and '[M/n]'." LJ said exiting the room. "I leave you to think about that." he said. I went over to Kira's room and knocked on the door. "Who's there?" he asked. "It's me." i replied. "One minute." he replied. He opened the door a minute later and invited me in. "i just wanted to say sorry. Don't get used to it though. You just remind me of someone i'm looking for." i apologized. 

Your pov

"Why are you looking for him or her?" i asked. "Well when i heard he was alive my first intention was to find and kill him, but now it's just out of guilt." he replied. "Why do you feel guilty?" he asked. "Well i killed him you know. It's something you would feel guilty about." he answered. "Was he special to you?" i questioned. "He was my younger brother." he stated. "Well i know what it feels like to be almost killed" i said. He looked at me for a second. "Liu said i shouldn't go near you for a couple of days and he's going to be really mad if he found out that i invited you into my room, so let's keep this little visit our little secret okay?" i asked changing the subject. He nodded and began to leave. Before he closed the door all of the way i said "night Jeffy." and closed the door the rest of the way.

Jeff's pov again

He said those words. It sounded just like [M/n]. i knocked on Liu's door. "What do you want Jeff?" he asked. "Is [M/n] really alive?" i asked. "Well yea i guess." he replied. "Is he in the house?" i asked. "You found out. If you even try to hurt him i'll let Sully take over and we will kill you. Also i want him to personally tell you that he's [M/n], so don't mention it to him just yet." he said. "Thanks for the warning and don't worry i'll keep it our little secret." i said walking off.
