It all started when her mom bought her a pack of paintbrushes and a pack of canvases. She, the girl they named Lylac, painted every day. Until one day. Her mom lost her job. Her mom was depressed until little Lylac was 15. Little Lylac ran away because her parents became abusive. She snuck out of her window with her flashlight, a knife for protection, and her beloved stuffed bear that she loves oh so much. Her stuffed bear with the blue button eyes and the red bow tie.
