POV: Evelyn Waters
"Thomas!" I yelled walking though his apartment. He had told me to come over.
"Evelyn!"Thomas spoke running down the stairs and wrapping his arms around my small waist.
"How was set today?" I asked. Backing away and taking a seat on the coach in the living room. Thomas has been working on set of the Maze Runner.
"It was great. The cast all gets along quite well." Thomas said with a huge cheeky smile.
"That's good."I smiled.
"Yeah there's this one girl there. I think I may like her." Thomas smiled.
"Oh really?" I said my voice shaky. Thomas and I had been friends for two years and in those two years, I've grown to like Thomas more than a friend.
"Yeah! Her names Kyla. She's sweet and funny." He rambled on about how great she was. I wanted to start crying, but I couldn't than Thomas would know I like him or ask what's wrong.
"That's great! Do you plan on asking her out?" I squeaked forcing a fake smile, along with enthusiasm.
"For sure. I was planning tommorrow, maybe ask her to go for coffee sometime." Thomas spoke happily. No wonder he was in such a good mood today.
"Th..thats..good.."I said tears threatening to spill any second.
"Yeah I kno..are you okay Evelyn?" Thomas said.
"Uhh yeah, hey look I have to go." I said.
"What why? Did I say something?"
"No...no..not at all..I just Remembered I have to be somewhere." I said jumping up and rushing to the door. Opening it and running out forgetting to close it. Running down the hall with tears flowing down my face I heard Thomas calling my name in the back. Rushing down the stairs I dropped my phone and cracked it. Quickly picking it up with shaky hands I ran towards my car and in locked it. Jumping into the drivers seat, I turned the car on and began backing up. Looking up I saw Thomas running towards me.
"Evelyn!" Thomas yelled. It sounded muffled to my cry as I pulled out and drove away. Looking into the review mirror I saw Thomas with his hands up obviously upset and curious.
