Chapter 6

Cinders' POV
The three of us were chatting about how shocked the guild's faces were when we announced that we were the 'Beasts'. Honestly, their faces were hilarious. After a while, a group of 5 came towards us. There was a blonde, a copper-head, a raven head, and a salmon-head, who had a flying blue exceed next to him. (Happy's Note: I'm finally included! Thanks author!)
"Natsu-nii!" I yelled, launching myself at him, effectively knocking him on the floor.
He hugged me back.
"You're really here...I thought you were dead, Ash." Natsu's eyes showed regret, sadness, disbelief, and joy. Some might not be able to tell, but I saw the corners of his eyes tearing up.
"No way! I'd never die that easily." I went on my tippy toes and ruffled his hair.
   'Even though he's kinda short for a guy, I'm still shorter! Hm...I think I'm an inch or 2 taller than Natsu-nii's girlfriend though.'
"Hey aren't you that girl we found tied up in that dark guild?" The ravenette asked.
"..yeah, I am. I recognize you, you were the guy who got scolded by her," I said, pointing to the red head.
"My name's Lucy Heartfilia! I never knew that Natsu had a sister." The blonde said.
"Hi Lu! I never knew that Natsu-nii had a girlfriend." I teased.
"I'M NOT HIS GIRLFRIEND!"
"SHE'S NOT MY GIRLFRIEND!"
They both shouted at the same time, faces red.
"That's what people in denial say, " I giggled.
"Wait, Lu?" Lu asked.
I replied, "It's a nickname for you, ya like it?"
She blushed. "Yeah, thanks. You know, Natsu here calls me 'Luce.'"
I smiled.
The others introduced themselves.
"My name is Erza Scarlet." The red head said.
   I took a step towards her.
   "Wh—?" I cut her off by grabbing a lock of her beautiful hair.
   "Scarlet..just like your hair, huh, Erza?" I said, greatly surprising her.
   She blushed out of embarrassment and affection, "Y-yeah."
   The raven head slightly coughed, directing our attention to him.
"Name's Gray Fullbuster." He said.
   "Hiya Erza! Gray! I can tell we'll all be good friends!" I gave them a wide toothy grin, much like my brother's.
"Gray-sama!" Brains said, clinging onto Gray.
"Gah!" Gray yelled.
"Wow, you sure do like him, huh, Ju?"
"Yep! Juvia gives Cin-chan permission to be friends with him."
I grin even more at that. "Thanks!"
"Aye! My name's Happy. I'm Natsu's exceed." The blue exceed said.
"Hi Happy! Have you met Pantherlily and Kasai?"
   "I've met Lily before. Who's Kasai?"
   "She's my exceed! Kasai has Aera and can even go into battle mode!" I said proudly. "KASAI!"
   A light red colored exceed wearing a orange dress came flying over. "What's up, Cinders?"
   "I'd like you to meet Happy, my brother's exceed."
   Kasai turns over to the blue exceed, who had landed on my brother's head.
   "Hey! Name's Kasai!"
   "Hi Kasai! Do you want a fish?"
   "I thought you'd never ask!"
   We all laughed at the two exceed's conversation.
   "So, Cinderella. If your birthday is next week, doesn't that mean that both you and Natsu are turning 17 next week?" Erza asked.
"Yeah! I can't wait for our birthday! It's been so long since we've celebrated it together! The last time was year x776!" I exclaimed.
"Hey Luce, are you getting me anything for my birthday?" Natsu-nii asked.
"No baka! You already break into my house, sleep in my bed, and eat all of my food! You basically live with me!"
"Pleeeeease Luce?" He said, giving the ultimate Dragneel puppy eyes that no one can say no to.
"I'll think about it." Lu grumbled and turned away.
I snickered, "Ooh. You two live together? And sleep in the same bed?"
The said "couple" turned red. Erza, Gray, Juvia laughed. The two exceeds snickered and rolled their tongues, "They lllllllllike each other."
"Oh yeah! You guys don't have to call me Cinderella. My name's kinda long, so you can make nicknames! Like how Natsu says my middle name, Ash, how Kasai says Cinders, or how Ju says Cin-chan."
"Hm...alright! Can I call you Cinders like Kasai?" Lu asked.
"Sure!"
"Ash, what is your idea of a mission?" Erza asks.
I raised an eyebrow at that, but quickly showed her a wide fanged grin.
"I love missions with fighting! Whether it's catching bandits or defeating a dark guild, I don't care, but there's gotta be action!"
"And there's the Ash I know and love!" Natsu exclaimed.
"Right back at ya, Summer."
He pouted. "I told you not to call me that!"
Gray went all out in full laughter, so much he was rolling the floor. "Bwahahahahahahahahaha! Summer? For Flame Brain? Pft..hahahahahaha!"
A dark scarlet shadow soon came over him. "Gray..."
He stopped immediately and shivered under Erza's gaze.
I watched wide eyed as Erza threw him into a table, so hard that he was knocked unconscious.
Ju quickly scurried over to her 'Gray-Sama.'
"Ash, will you do us the honor of accompanying Team Natsu on a mission?" Erza said.
"Yeah! You can even join if you want Ash!" Summer (It's Natsu, guys.) said.
"I'll occasionally join you for a mission, but I already have my own team."
"Eh? Who?" Erza, Summer, Lu, and Gray (who had just woken up) asked.
I felt two figures standing behind me. I crossed my arms proudly and announced, "We, are now the Beasts of Fairytail!"
Brawn grunted and gave a nod, while Ju agreed with me.
I looked back and grinned at them.
"Bye guys! Imma go talk to Gramps about our team!" I waved and dragged the other two members with me towards the old man who was drinking beer on the bar.
"Gramps! I wanna make a team!"
