Blood Sweat and Tears {Ereri/Riren}

❥Chapter Three

"Hachiro, here comes the airplane!" Eren warns while giggling with Hachiro, who was now a mess.

"Open up," Eren mutters as Hachiro takes in the spoonful of baby food.

"Good boy," Eren smiles as he sat the spoon down. He then leans forward and snakes his arms around Hachiro's waist, hoisting him near Eren's level.

"Eren, can I talk to you for a second?" Levi utters out of the blue, peaking at the father and son bonding together.

"Okay," Eren sighs and brings Hachiro back to his bumbo seat.

"Yes?" Eren smiles nervously after meeting Levi's cold stare.

"Read this, someone has been keeping an eye on us," Levi grunts as he throws the pictures of them, allowing it to scatter on the ground.

"Pictures of us, being taken from the window? What am I suppose to read here?" Eren bluntly states as he gazes at the pictures.

"Read the back," Levi snarls while facepalming.

"Oh," Eren flips one of the pictures only to find a sentence written on the back side of it:

"Remember us?"

It said.

"Levi, could it be. . ?"

"Eren, don't think of that. It could be a prank after all." Levi reprimands shortly, cutting off Eren from his sudden prediction.

"We never know." Eren trails off.

"I'm going to go and check Hachiro. We need to get to the bottom of this. It's not safe for Hachiro anymore." Eren states hastily as he quickly walks back to Hachiro.

"Eren, whatever you're saying is nonsense." Levi crosses his arms as he follows Eren behind.

"Remember the incident ten years ago with Akane?" Eren mutters as he leans close to Levi.

"Yeah. But he's gone! Who could possibly be on to us?" Levi questions with widen eyes.

"I don't know, but I'll start investigating tomorrow." Eren slowly shakes his head as he tightly grips Hachiro in his arms.
