Anxiety.
We all get it but a lot of people have it to were there mind Immediately jumps to the worst possible scenario. This usually happens when someone is being bullied or has been bullied. Here's an example I've been bullied since kindergarten and every time I see someone look at me or my general direction I always jump strait to are they thinking that I'm ugly or what if they don't think I'm nice or what if, well I'm sure you get it but sometimes I don't even know why I'm anxious and no one ever seems to understand why I'm anxious a lot of the time so I hope that this chapter helps you understand what it is like for some of the people that are nervous a lot. Some ways to calm down when you're anxious is to take deep breaths or think of some of your favorite things or do things you like but If you are in school I would suggest doodling deep breaths or thinking of your favorite thingsI get nervous about everything,sometimes I literally why I'm anxious I just am and no one seems to understand that.
