Chapter 2: Job Interview

"Well, doll-face my name is Maurizio Drago Valastro and well thats all you need to know about me, and this is my restaurants manager Lorenzo. Now tell us about you and what makes you so wonderful that we need to hire you" Maurizio said as he winked at me. Even though I should have been uncomfortable with the wink I couldn't help but try to keep my moan in for his hair, his smile, his everything was simply drool worthy not to mention his tattoos that were peaking out from under his suit.
"Well you already know my name um lets see, uh well my birthday is on March 7th, 1997 (btw I know that this will make her 19 as of 2016 but let's pretend the year and date match....)and I am an only child, I was born in Spain but never spend more than a year in one country. So that means I have practically been everywhere and I speak multiple languages. Italian being one of the first that I learned along with Spanish cause my Papa is Italian
while my mama is Spanish. As I said before adding "I am looking for a after school job that can help me start saving money for college next year, even though my papa is a highly successful person and I don't need to worry about working, I don't feel right spending his hard earned money like that. So please I am willing to work at minimum wage how ever many hours you want to give me as long as it's after three because of school, I am a hard worker, very dedicated, and a fast learner."
"Well, are you willing to close the restaurant? And sign a contract of confidentiality?" Maurizio asked me. By this point Lorenzo has already walked out of the office.
I respond with "I don't mind closing the restaurant every once in a but I would have to be warned before hand so my parents will pick me up or let me keep the car. However I didn't know Minors could close a business so late at night? And I will sign of course the contract but after my lawyers have read over it beforehand. Like I said before my papa is a highly important business man and taught me you can never be to cautious especially when signing contracts."
"Well, doll-face you won't be a minor for long so this is more if you get the job and still working here at 18 will you be willing to close? And well lawyers won't be necessary its more that most of our clientel are very secretive and pay lots of money for their privacy when they eat at our restaurant. In other words you can't mention them to anyone outside of those who work for me. Not even the police, other costumers, and so on."  Maurizio said. As he was trying to dazzle her with his award winning smile.
"Well, if its more of keeping my mouth shut then I am sure that it is fine if my lawyers don't look at it right? I mean it's not like anything bad happens here or anything." Belinda stumbled out for she was still too dazed from Maurizio's good looks.
"Perfect then you start next week on Friday at 4pm, and by then I would have a contract for you to sign. " He said as he started to roll up his sleeves. "And your pay will be $15 the hour and you can get up to 6 sick days every 4-5 months every year, as well as 3 weeks off for vacation every year. Is that all right?"
"Oh yes thank you so much! That is more than alright, I won't let you down sir I promise, grazie tanto io sono molto grato per il lavoro" I said
"sei il benvenuto spero che tu non mi lasci giù Doll Face" He replied
"Well ciao see you next week!"
"Ciao" He replied but stopped me before I walked through the door and said "Oh! before I forget go find Antonia and tell her you got the job and give her your measurements so that she can give you the various uniforms the staff wears next week when you start."
"Ok will do and thanks again for hiring me."

Maurizios Pov:
Man was she simply beautiful, I want her to be mine..... oh but she is too young she is 17 while I am 25, she will never want to be with a man as old as me and plus I don't want to drag her into my world she is too good for that, regardless she will always be my doll face. I need to get ready I have dinner arangments for tonight a new familia moved into town and we need to discuss treaties and arrangements. The guy used to be an old friend of my fathers before he stepped down and made me capo.
