Chapter 5

Lui's pov-

"Is he dead?"

"No, Lui stay alive, ye bastard!"

"Cmon Lui, I focking cant!"

I moved a bit, then fluttered my eyes opened. My vision was blurry but I could tell there was 5 or 4 people in a blank room.

I heard a sigh of relief coming from David, my ears perked up. As I couldn't move my left leg. "Lui, ye scared me!" David said with frustration.

My vision regained, I saw David, Craig, Tyler, and *SIgH* Arlan. Arlan looked like he was thinking, Craig was passed out, Tyler was on his phone while David he just asked me questions. 

"Why were you on the roof?"

"What happened?" 

"How did you fall?!" David continued his spree of questions. "I..I tripped" I said groggily, while I rub my eyes. Arlan looked up, with guilt and confusion. "That's not true Lui.." Arlan said, rubbing the back of his neck. 

David rubbed his temples while mumbling shit. "Well Lui, you only suffered from a broken leg. You will be good to go." My ears twitched and looked up to see a nurse. I was about to thank her until she cut me off. 

"After some tests." She smiled and walked off. I groaned and laid back, I wasn't in the mood to talk. I can't walk, I can't do anything! David grabbed my hand softly, and sweet talked to me. I. I started to panic, next thing I do was the most regretful thing I ever did. 

I hissed at David, he shifted back a bit, looking confused also scared. Then, I slapped him really hard with my claws. I swear I didn't mean to. He just stared at me, making me more guilty. Everyone just stared at me, filled with shocked.

"I- David I'm so sorry.. I I panicked and.." I chocked on my sobs, my ears dropping. i tried, I tried to talk but my sobs were messing up my speech. he just stared then got up. And walked off. Everything went grey. No No.. David, I.. I didn't mean to.  "Please come back!" I mew.

Everything went black.

'Lui get up!' I woke up from shaking, I looked up to see Craig staring at me with wide eyes. He jumped off of me, I lazily got up then realized. 'It was a fucking dream' also did I mention I was on the floor. How embarrassing.

I looked up to see Craig sitting on the bed, politely. "W-what happened?" I asked, groggily. 

"Uh well, after you came into the room, you passed out. Then I woke up from a loud thud. I saw you on the ground. You looked peaceful so I left you there then I heard you screaming stuff like 'David!' 'Come back' so I kinda woke you up" Craig shrugged, I rubbed my head and got up. 

I walked out of the room, leaving Craig. Tears running down my cheeks, dumb feels can go fuck themselves.

I wiped my cheeks, and walked to the living room to see David and Tyler watching a movie. David looked at me and smiled softly. I tried to smile but I couldn't, I felt tired, upset, and scared. 

I sat beside David, and leaned against him, my tail wrapping around The Irish man. He rubbed my shoulder, I felt safe like he was my protector. I smiled a bit, I soon began drifting to sleep while cuddling with the taller male. 

Maybe he isn't too bad...
