This dress has an overall colour of grey. It has tank top like sleeves and flowers are near them. The top has stiff stitching and is made to be tight. The skirt is one that may not stick to the body,yet it does not puff out. It is somewhere in between. It purposely has a lot of wrinkles. This dress was worn by Fleur Delacour,who currently lives in the UK at Shell Cottage. She lives with her husband,Bill Weasley. However,she went to the Yule Ball with Roger Davies.
