You woke up in a semi depressed mood remembering last night, it was your first kiss. And yet you cant even be with him, you got up from your bed and switched into a flowing green dress; you grabbed your satchel and skipped breakfast to walk outside and meet up with Alexander. He recently got sent home from fighting, and thats how you spent the years of the war. Meet up with anyone that could give you details and try to help them back, giving them money and trying your damnedest to make a difference and help win the war. Years past and the war ended... And america pulled through and won, they gained the freedom they deserved.  You sighed in relief reading the newspaper on the porch of your house, you decided it was time to head down to the market for some groceries. Your father had passed away and your sister had moved in with her husband, you were alone with your maids living in the house under your fathers name. Walking down to the market you realize that some of the British have moved down to america, walking around you picked up what you needed and made your way to pay when you bumped into someone dropping your things ((sorry its so cliche i love it so much))  "im so sorry ma'am" you recognized that voice "Samuel?" He looked up with shocked "y/n?"  wrapped your arms around him "i missed you so much" he smiled chuckling a bit hugging back. "I missed you too m'lady" he paid for your things and he led you back to your house like old times, "do you maybe want to have dinner with me tonight" you smiled wide "yes!" He kissed your hand and you went inside. You both went on constant dates for the next week or so. As he walked you around town he seemed to slow down. "Sam?" When he got down on one knee, you looked around it was where you first met! He looked up at you with hopeful eyes "will you be my wife" tears of joy streamed down your face as you nodded almost at a loss for words "yes!!" He stood up and wrapped his arms around you and kissed you passionately, "i love you"  you sighed "i love you too"
