Chapter 3~ Interested

I stay at home the rest of the day waiting for Omma to get home. I just sat in my room watching American Horror Story and eating ice cream. Today was strange. What was that feeling I had when Jimin looked at me? I never felt that before. But it felt.... Good.

*Ding Dong*

Mom~ Y/N! Can you come open the door for me?! I have full hands!
You~ Sure Omma.
Mom~ Your wearing appropriate clothes right?
You~ Yea why?
Mom~ We have company.

Come on. I just wanna have one night that I can sit around in nothing but a
t-shirt and watch my tv dramas.

I open the door for Omma and see the 7 boys from earlier.

Mom~ Y/N , BTS is going to be joining us for dinner tonight. It's a work dinner but if you want you can sit with us and eat.
You~ Nah I'll just take it in my room but come on in guys.

They all enter and sit on the couch and waited to be fed.

Mom~ Since you are waiting, you guys discuss what you want to do in the Blood, Sweat, and Tears MV.

After Omma said that I was confused and weirded out.

You(whispered)~ Omma what kind of band are they??
Mom~ They're k-pop but their new album wings has more of a dark and twisted theme so all of the songs may sound a bit odd.
You~ I need to listen to some of their songs to better understand.

Mom dropped the spoon that she was holding and looked at me.

Mom~ You've never heard of BTS?

I shook my head.

You~ I don't really listen to K-pop bands that much.
Mom~ But your mom works for a
k-pop band. How could you not know them?
You~ I knew you worked for Big Hit , I didn't know if you worked with a k-pop band or not.

She sighed.

Mom~ Ok . You wanna help me with dinner?
You~ Sure.

We got everything cooked and set the table . Before mom called the boys I got my food and headed for my room. Since I'm caught up with AHS I decided to watch The Walking Dead. After a few minutes in I heard a knock on my door.

You~ Who is it?
??~ It's Jimin , can I come in?
You~ Um Sure.

Why does he wanna talk to me? Better not question it.

Jimin~ Hey
You~ Hi
Jimin~ Why aren't you eating with us?
You~ Well it's a business dinner and I don't know anything about your band.

His jaw dropped.

Jimin~ You really don't know us?
You~ Nope.
Jimin~ But your mom has worked with us ever since we debuted a few years ago.
You~ I didn't know she worked with a band. I knew she worked for Big Hit but not with a band.
Jimin~ Still I'm surprised you haven't seen us on tv or heard about us on the radio.
You~ Well k-pop isn't everybody's cup of tea now is it?
Jimin~ Wow cranky much?
You~ I'm sorry I'm just a bit tired I didn't get much sleep last night.
Jimin~ Yea Jungkook told me you were up around 2:30 last night. Why were you up so late?
You~ Had a bad dream.
Jimin~ Ah I see.
