Hello, my weirdos! Yes I know I spell it wrong but I do it on purpose so deal with it. Yes, I know I didn't update again, but in my defense, Sunday was the first day of arabic school, and I had a big history test to study for. I have 9 stupid tests to study for this week! Like, are you kidding me!! Yeah, I'm actually on my lunch break doing this, so you guys should thank me! I should be studying for my history test, but I'm not, so thank me! So without further ado, here is chapter 19!!
"Natsu, stop moving!"
"But I don't want that icky green stuff all over me! It's gross!"
"Says the guy who hasn't taken a bath in like a week!"
"It's not my fault I can't move!" Natsu whined, crossing his arms.
"No one said that, but if you want to get better, let me put that on your wounds!" Lucy said exasperatedly.
"I don't wanna!" Natsu said, sticking his tongue out at her.
Lucy could feel a vein pulsing on her forehead.
"By Mavis, you are so childish sometimes!"
"You wouldn't want to put disgusting green goop on your injuries, now would you?" He asked, raising one pink eyebrow at her.
She rolled her eyes at him.
"I would if it made me heal faster!" Lucy said pointedly to him.
"Whatever," he scoffed. "I'm not doing it."
"Oh, yes you are, Mister," Lucy said, determined.
"Make me," Natsu challenged.
"Gladly," Lucy smirked.
Lucy smeared some paste on her hand and rubbed her hands together while smiling at Natsu maliciously. He suddenly got this scared look and slowly started to back away from her, but it was too late. Lucy pounced on top of him and he landed with a grunt on his back. Luckily, she had already unwrapped his wounds so she didn't have to worry about that. She sat on his torso and used her feet to pin his arms down as she started smearing the green paste all over his abdomen.
"S-Stop it! That-that tickles!" Natsu laughed.
"No way, Jose!" she laughed as well.
She could see tears starting to form at the corners of Natsu's eyes from laughing so much as she continued to smear all the paste from her hands onto his abdomen and she couldn't help but blush at the fact that she was basically touching his abs. She could practically feel the steam coming out of her ears. How were they so well built? She couldn't feel any fat on his abs, and he ate tons of food everyday!!
"L-Luce...come on... s-stop it... Y-You're killing... me here," he said between laughs.
You're killing me with how sexy you are, Lucy thought to herself. AAH!!! WHAT AM I THINKING?!! I CAN"T THINK LIKE THAT!!
Without realizing it, Lucy stopped what she was doing as she sat there blushing like an idiot. She started to bang her fists against her head to try to stop her thoughts, effectively getting the remains of the green salve all over her face and hair. Natsu looked at her weirdly and propped himself up on his elbows. Lucy tried to back away from him, but he brought his tail up between his legs and pressed it against her back. Lucy could feel the heat radiating off of his scales on her back, and she couldn't help but shiver. Natsu brought his hand up to Lucy's face and Lucy held her breath. He started to gently wipe away the salve she had managed to spread all over herself. She just awkwardly sat there, not saying a word. It amazed her how gentle his touch was as he slowly but surely wiped it all away. He handled her with such care, she couldn't help but ask herself if she was special. She realized in that moment that her experience with her father had lead her to believe that men could never be capable of this level of affection. He had always been so rough that it was alien to her that someone be this careful with her, especially from a guy.
