I've been wondering why God makes things happen for a reason. It's not like he can read your mind and make your dreams come true. Cinderella wishes on her mothers grave that she would meet Prince Charming and live happily ever after. Sure enough, God's wife named Fairy "God"mother comes down and hears Cinderella's pleas of desperation. A determined prince and two glass shoes later, she's sitting in a fancy carriage married to a handsome prince who will live happily ever after?!
I wished for sooo long that my life would make sense. That something or someone could show up and make all my problems disappear. But as I grew up, I realized that there is no such thing as perfect. Everyone's life has its ups and downs. Sometimes, you can solve them and others are like a freckle. They just stay there and no matter how hard you try or what you do, it just stays.
In the human world, happily ever after doesn't exist. You have to fight to get the things you want. There will be bumps in the road, and you won't be able to get your car over them. But that's why we try. Try, try, try. Do what you can to get over that bump, even if it means meeting someone you'd never think would mean anything to you. Some fates are uncontrollable, but others can be decided by one person; you.
I don't know why things happen without a reason. It makes no sense to me. But like I said, some fates are uncontrollable.Thank you so much for starting my story The Glass Ball! It means the world to me. I know this prologue might be boring, but it will always get better I promise!!😂
