Harry sat in his old dorm room bed and took a deep breath. It had been a year since he defeated Voldemort, and now he was back completing his finishing years at Hogwarts since he wasn't able to during Voldemort's reign.
"Something wrong, Harry?" , Harry looked up to see Ron in the doorway of the boys dorm.
"Fine..", Harry lied, his brain shifting to something else other than Voldemort's death.
"Alright, don't forget your advance potions homework.." , Ron said, his face looking sympathetic towards Harry and his self-plight.
"Mhm..", Harry replied absentmindedly.
Harry bit his lower lip as he thought of someone else, Hermione. Harry had not given Hermione alot of thought since she got together with Ron, respecting the boundaries of his best friend and his girlfriend just as Ron respected him and Ginny. He just couldn't seem to get his mind off what Ron told him happened when he destroyed one of the Horcruxes with the Godric Gryffindor's sword. He..and Hermione? He HAD liked her a bit more than a friend in the 3rd year.
Harry exhaled, getting up and rummaging through his suitcase, pulling out his invisibility cloak. He hadn't used this in a while and now seemed the right time to clear his head of things that weren't in the mature manner. He shook his head of the thought of himself and Hermione, him kissing her neck and she whimpered...
"No, that isn't the right thing to do to a friend", he told himself.
Frustrated, Harry yanked the cloak over himself, feeling happy that he could finally get a breath of fresh air during the hectic cold holiday season. Pushing the common room door open, he stepped out into the familiar hallways of Hogwarts and started walking.
