---- Carlisle POV --/-/ (bet u didn't see that coming!)

I head into the third level den to check on Mia Uley. I see her flat line. I came too late. I yell for my wife and daughter, Esme and Alice. They run up to join me. Alice gasps sadly as she sees a dead Mia.

"I'll change her." Alice says abruptly.

"Are you sure, Alice?" Esme asks kindly. I love his woman....

"I am sure, mother." Alice says. "I can do it."

Alice steps over to Mia's dead body. Alice seems sad, that isn't like her. Alice grabs Mia's arm and she places her first bite. She places bites on Mia's stomach an down her leg. Alice eyes her with venom in her eyes.

"Please, work."

---/ Alice's POV ----/

I cannot believe Mia is dead! I wanted to be the one to change her. Jasper has found a new blood singer. Believe me or not, Mia is my blood singer. I mated a girl, I must tell her when she wakes.

I sit in the black chair beside Mia's bed. I sigh sadly as Rosalie comes in to check on us. Rosalie looks at Mia with venom in her eyes. Rosalie real likes Mia, although she was a wolf.

"Rose, go gather then family. I have some news." I say.

"Okay, Alice." Rosalie looks at Mia once more before she takes off to the first level.

Bella is due to wake up tomorrow. We have to wait an extra day to see if my venom has helped Mia. I sure as heck hope soon.

My thoughts are interrupted when my family comes in. Mary Jones, Jaspers new blood singer and Mia's old bully, is amongst them. She knows the secret and all of the terms of vampires.

"Guy... I have some news." I say nervously, standing.

"What is it, Alice?" Carlisle asks smoothly.

"I um.... I mated on Mia....." I say.

Rosalie and Esme smile as their eyes brighten. They pull me into a group hug. Jasper is smiling because he is happy I was capable of moving on. Mary has a disgusted look on her face.

"Get the human out before I get her!" I squeak.

Jasper looks shocked, he turns angry as he sees the look on Mary's face. "Mary, go home. I'll speak with you in a couple days with Mia wakes and Bella wakes."

Mary sighs and she nods. She kisses Jaspers cheep before going to her Dodge Viper that Jasper bough for her.

"Let's go to Bella, shall we?" I clap my hands together, trying to lighten the mood.

They all mutter their agreement and we make way downstairs. I stare sadly at Bella as I enter the den. I plot my butt in a random purple chair to wait for Bella to wake up.

---- Rosalie's POV----

Mia may have been a mutt before, but I love her to pieces. Now that I know she is Alice's mate, that is even better. I am glad Alice was the one to change her. I wouldn't want her to die, that would literally kill Alice. Alice would go to the Valturi to get herself killed.

I leave the den to go check on Mia's progress. Edward is reading my mind, so he knows where I am going. I see Mia laying in bed in the same clothes. I think I should change her for her awakening.

I dress her in a sparkling black one-shoulder dress. I put black heels on her feet. I brush her beautiful hair gently, although she is dead and cannot feel it. I put some sparkles, smokey eye makeup on her eyes and I put some dark red lipstick.

Alice appears beside me and she smiles. "She looks beautiful, thanks Rosalie."

"Anytime, sister." I smile at her.

Alice looks at Mia as if Mia is the only girl on earth. I smile at that ad I walk out of the room. I go back down to Bella and I tell Carlisle and Esme I dressed Mia. Esme rushes out of the room to see Mia. I grin to myself, feeling pretty good.

"I'm proud of you, Rosalie." Carlisle says.

"Thanks."  I whisper.

Never in my human life was anybody every proud of me. I was brutally beaten and raped that day. I was lucky that Carlisle found me and changed me. None of had a choice. I saved Emmett. I guess we are all luck to have eachother.

---- Jasper's POV---

I sit with Mary in my arms at her home. I couldn't stand being in that house full of sad emotions. I hope Mia does awaken in two days. If she don't, that will kill Alice. I sigh and shut my eyes.

"Do you think Mia I'll wake up?" Mary asks.

"I hope so. Alice, I don't want her hurt." I sigh.

"I understand." Mary says sadly.

I allow her to fall asleep on me.

----Esme's POV----

I sit with Carlisle in his study. I am so happy for Alice! She mated on Mia. I hope Mia mates on her when she wakes. I just know she will.

"I just know Mia will wake up." I tell my husband.

"As do I. She is strong." Carlisle sighs sadly. "I know she will. Let's call it a feeling."

I nod in agreement. I have a good feeling as well that Mia will wake up the day after Isabella does. Isabella is due to wake up tomorrow.

"I'm going to see Isabella." I tell my husband.

Carlisle nods and he kisses my cheek before letting me exit the study.

---- Edwards POV----

I watch Bella with anxious eyes. She will be waking tomorrow. The thing that scares me is that she will ask where Mia is. I will have to tell the truth. She will murder those mutts for killing Mia, I cannot allow that.

I watch he closely. Her hair is coming to life. She is waking early! "Guys! Bella is waking early!" I shout.

You can hear the excitement in all their minds as they rush into the room. I see Alice stare at Bella with a little happiness. Alice will be complete when Mia wakes up. I sigh and I look at Bella.

Bella's eyes snap open and are red, a huge smile breaks on my face.

---- Emmett's POV-----

Everyone is excited that Bella is waking up early. Now, we just need Mia to wake up. I watch Edward kiss Bella and she kiss him back.

----- Bella's POV.-------

I look around the room and notice Mia isn't here. "Where is Mia?" I ask after Edward finishes his welcoming kisses.

The room tenses and I furrow my eye brow, "well?" I snap.

"She is dead because of Paul Lahote. She is in the process of changing." Jasper says, he just now entered with his new mate, Mary.

I growl, my friend is dead? Because of those mutts??!! Edward calms me and asks if I want to see her. I nod and e leads me to the third level. There lays Mia. She is pale and her hair looks dead. She looks pretty in the outfit Rosalie chose.

We all sit in chairs around he and wait, Esme is getting my baby for me.
