   "Wassup mom?" I asked as I walked into the living room where my parents sat. "Do you want unpack now or later?" she questioned me. "Considering it's almost 5, I'll unpack tomorrow" I said sighing knowing it will take forever. "Alright sweetie, we'll put everything in your room while you're out." she said with an innocent smile. "Out?" I asked confused on what she meant. Like outside? Or maybe somewhere around town. "Yes, we're kicking you out for a while so we can put your things in your room without you in our way." my dad said in a joking manner. "Well damn dad, I feel the love." I said pretending like I'm hurt, "Well I guess I should get going then. Bye!" I said while walking away. "Wait! Where are you going just in case we need you." mom asked. "To Lucy's, duh mom. Where else would I be going?" "Ohk then bye." After that I walked out the door not even worried about how I looked. I was sooo ready to see my bestfriend, actually maybe I should text her just to make sure she's home.
Lay: Heey!
Lucy: Hey girl wassup??
Lay: Nothing, watcha doing?
Lucy: Ugh, just at home laying down bored as shit.
Lay: Oh, sorry. I really miss youu! I wish I could be there. 😞
I snickered a bit knowing that I'm here but she doesn't.
Lucy: I miss you too, 😭 It's different without you here.
Lay: Luc, it's literally been 5 years. It's been different for a while now.
Lucy: You know you're right. You need to come back.
I walked into her house slamming the door loudly to make sure she heard. They really need to lock the door.
"MOM!" she yelled with a questioning tone.
Lucy: OMG. SOMEONE'S IN MY HOUSE. IDK IF IT'S MY MOM. I CALLED OUT FOR HER BUT SHE DIDNT ANSWER. OMG I'M GOING TO DIE. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH & TELL MY PARENTS THAT I LOVE THEM TOO! 😭💖
Lay: HIDE IN YOUR CLOSET I'LL CALL THE COPS FOR YOU!
Lucy: OHK, THANK YOU!
I continued to walk upstairs slowly as if I were an intruder. Once I got to her room door I opened it & walked towards the closet.
Lucy: HE'S IN MY ROOM OMG. 💔
        I opened the closet & yelled, "Hey bitch I love you too!" Once I saw her face I laughed because she was horrified yet shocked. "OH MY GOD I AM GOING TO MURDER YOR UGLY ASS!" she yelled back. Then we both hugged each other & fell down laughing. "Not to sound rude or not that I don't want you here, but what exactly are you doing here?" she asked while furrowing her eyebrows as we both got up. "Oh, you know, just moved back into town. No biggie." I looked at my nails as if it didn't matter. Her eyes widened & her jaw dropped. I knew exactly what was coming next so therefore I covered my ears with my hands waiting for that deafening- *shriek* -there it is. She tackled me onto the floor & muttered words that I barely managed to hear. "Yes, omg yes, fuck yea, my bestfriend is back." "So hey, you want to go shopping?" I asked out of the blue. "OMG yes!" she said excited, "I haven't shopped with you in forever.
        ~Lucy's POV~
        OMG! I can't believe my bestfriend finally moved back. I mean, yea I saw her when she visited, but now I can see her EVERYDAY again. Ugh, but now there's so much to fill her in on. Like who the cute guys are, the populars, the bad boys, a lot.
As we made it to the mall in my car, I parked jumped out excited. "So what's been going on since I've been gone?" Laylony asked me while I hooked our arms together. "Dear lord, there is so much to tell you. Do you remember Carey from 5th grade?" I asked raising my eyebrows. "Yea, what happened with her?" she asked confused. "She got pregnant last year by the biggest player in school. & the thing is she's the one that wanted him, not the other way around." I said. "What?? But Carey the most innocent girl in the world!" she said shocked. "Not as innocent as you think. & in 10th grade? God I didn't believe myself until I saw it." I said shaking my head. I started thinking about all the other things I needed to tell her.
        I was pulled out of my thoughts when Laylony nudged me. I looked at her with a questioning looked until she nodded her head towards a guy that was walking to us with a smug look on his face. Oh no not him, anyone but him. If you're wondering who 'him' is then I'll just tell you. 'Him' is Blake Stewart, he is a player BIG TIME. He is also supposedly in a gang but who knows, you cant believe rumors sometimes. He's in the same grade as us, & although I'm not to happy about this but I kind of had a thing with him. Yea, sadly I feel for his tricks one night by going out with him & ended up being a one night stand. I'm not proud of myself but I cant change what happened so I now have to live with it. But I have no idea why but ever since then he has been tormenting me & taunting me when I tell him to fuck off.
        "Hey babe." he said when he finally got to us while smirking. Lay looked at me raising one eyebrow while I replied, "Don't call me that.." Lay looked at me confused for a second but I shot her at look telling her I'd explain later. She then nodded understandingly before Blake said, "Ah, don't tell me you don't like me anymore." with a teasing manner. I rolled my eyes at his cockiness & pulled Lay along to leave. "Oh come on, I know you still want me. You cant deny it forever." he said knowing damn well that he was pissin' me off. & I'm going to be honest, I'm not one to get into a fight or into an argument. But if you constantly push my buttons, then big mistake. I stopped walking letting go of Lay & turned walking back up to him. "You've got nerve talking to me after what you've done." I spat at him with venom dripping from my words. He put his hands up as if he were surrendering, "Hey it is not my fault you're so easy." he then smirked.
        "Woah, ohk I don't know who you are but NO ONE talks to my bestfriend like that but me." Lay said defending me. A small smile came to my face knowing she still cared for me. "Lay just come on, he's not worth fighting with." I said quietly trying to pull her away but she wouldn't budge. I saw him look at her checking her out, "Oh, & who are you cutie?" I rolled my eyes at him annoyed. "No one that concerns you. Now if I were you, I'd leave before I beat the shit out of you." she seethed from her teeth. God, she got violent. "Oo, feisty. Isaiah would love you." he smirked at her knowing he is a player also, just not as much as Blake though. "Well does it look like I'm interested? No, so goodbye." she said finally leaving with me.
        I looked back at Blake seeing him pull out his phone calling someone. I heard part of the conversation & I did not like what I heard. "Isaiah? Yea, there's a new girl in town & she'd be perfect for you." 'No she would not' I thought in my head. "Dude you need a girl, or at least get laid." Yea, not gonna let that happen with my bestfriend. "I know you could get any girl, but this ones different, feisty." That she is. "& she could also be perfect for our gang, she's got a killer instinct." That was all I heard as we got further away & the rest became distant. My eyes widened in fear as I finally knew the rumors were true. He really is in a gang, Isaiah too from what I heard. & the worst part is that they want to get Laylony to join. I am defiantly not going to let that happen ever.
        "So you are going to tell me who that was & what he meant, right?" Lay asked me curiously. "Yes, But its a long story." I said while sighing.
