What are you doing on the holidays?" I asked Paige with a mouthful of juicy watermelon.

"My family from Russia is coming over; all of my 12 cousins are coming to Jupiter Sound," said Paige.

"Want to catch up? Maybe Monday?" I replied.

"Sorry, my mother says that I have to have "quality time" with them all holidays!" she sighed.

"Sounds boring" I burped while trying to speak clearly.

"Abby, let's sign our shirts now since it's the last day of torture (Primary school)," declared Jenny. By the time I could say yes, my friends had already got out their sharpies markers and started to scribble on my sweaty, sticky leaver's school shirt. Paige was writing our motto "Best friends never separate" on the back hem on the shirt.
