so most of you guessed it right call is from hospital 

person : Am i speaking to mr.manik malhotra?

manik : yes speaking.

person : sir your wife fainted on the road

manik : what?? where?

person : sir we took her to suva private hospital. 

manik : okay i am coming

manik rushes out and drives his car as fast he can and reached hospital in 5minutes

manik runs inside and sees rachel talking to nurse

manik runs to rachel (almost shouts) : rachel where is nandini

rachel(looks at manik and gives a smile) : bhai relax. She is fine.

manik(annoyingly shouts) : oh god rachel say where is she. I need to see her right now.

rachel tells nurse to leave by giving required details of patient and turn to see manik looking at her as if he is going to kill her at any moment

rachel : stop scaring me bhai i said na nandu is fine and come with me

rachel took manik to the room where nandini is kept

manik opens the door and sees nandini talking with doctor and there is a constant smile on her face

with sound of door opening nandini look at door and sees manik standing and looking at her 

nandu (lovingly) : mani

manik runs inside and hug nandu tightly as he is scared to loose for whom he is living one scratch on her , his heart pain triple than hers .. he just can't imagine his life without nandu .
