Roomates

This is going to be a long year..

"But mum!" I yelled at my mum, not believing what my mum just asked me to do. "You have to i'm leaving on a business trip with his parents tomorrow evening." My mum informed me. "But I don't want to mum, do you even know who he is? He is the bad boy, the player of the school! I don't want to live with a person like that. Please don't make me move in with him mummy, please?" I asked, talking like a little girl. "No, you have to." she stated, ensuring me that she won't change her mind about this.

You see my mum and dad, and the Hunter family are going on a business trip to Australia for the rest of the year, leaving me and Daniel, (The Hunter's son),  to live in an apartment together for a whole year. Apparently they have been planning this trip for a while now, which I find hard to believe since they just moved in the neighborhood a couple weeks ago.

"but-" I started to argue "JESSICA VIOLET JENKINS! you are going to live with Daniel for a whole year." She yelled, making me fall of my chair. "Now i'm going to go catch some sleep before I finish packing, but if I hear another word of this I will take your phone on a little trip to Australia. Am I understood?" My mum yelled, she obviously has had enough with the arguing. 

The only thing worse than living with Daniel, is having to live with him without my phone. Like most teenagers my phone is my life and even though I know she is probably only saying all of this just so i could shut up, I agree, just to keep my phone safe. "Fine, i'm going to unpack" I say while I stand up from where I had previously fallen. I walk towards the small hallway and enter into a room that was full of  boxes. I sighed knowing this is where i'll be living for the remainder of this year. This is going to be a long year....

Daniel's P.O.V

"So how long are you leaving for?" I asked sadly knowing that this is the last time i'm going to see my mother and father for a very long time. "A year" My mum replied knowing she is just as sad as I am right now. "But don't worry i will try to call everyday OK little bear?" she said embracing me into a huge hug. "You better." I joked trying to lighten the mood a bit, because I know i'll end up crying in front of them. "Mum I know that you'll miss me and everything, but don't you think you should be heading to the airport by now." I told her, knowing she probably forgot. My mum checked the time on her watch, she widened her eyes and quickly kissed me, she then attempts to run really fast in her heels. I laugh at her because she nearly tripped, but that only earned me a glare from her  "Bye little bear i'll miss you" she yelled "Mum you really had to say that out loud?" I yelled back. I turned my head to the apartment door, then I looked back at my mum. I sighed knowing i'm going to miss her so much. I know i'm classified as the bad boy, but give me a break, even the bad boy can love his mother.

I turn my head back to back to the door and smirked. You see ever since I've arrived here at bridge-wood Jessica has been the only girl who wanted nothing to do with me. It's as if I've got a disease that makes only her run away from me. I pull out my keys from my pockets and turn to unlock to door, but then see that the door is already opened with a hot, black haired, girl looking at me "Hello little bear" she said smirking at me this time. Oh no... This is going to be a long year.
