This short story was inspired by the movie 'Stuck in Love' Rusty, the brother to Lily Collins's character in the movie, loves this girl and he wrote a poem or something about her and it was the line 'I remembered that it hurt to see her hurt' and that line had rattled in my mind the whole time and after. And this short story was born.
Warning: This story is a little sad, and touches upon depression, suicide, and other stuff. If you cannot handle it, please don't read it.
