"it's you." joji said as his face instantly lit up.
he looked deep into my eyes and remembered when he first saw them on the body of a fish.
"y-you remember me?" i said shyly looking down to my feet whilst playing with my sleeves.
"of course i do, eating you was the biggest regret of my life. i cried when you were gone, i thought i'd never see you again." joji poured his heart out.
he beckoned me into his house and shut the door behind us.
