How You Met

First year

Harry
You arrived at Hogwarts on the boats.You were so excited,but nervous at the same time. You walked into the extremely large castle,looking around,amazed at what you saw.You kept saying "wow" at everything you saw.You climbed the stairs with all the other first years with you.You stopped at the top,where Professor McGonagall was waiting for you. She told all of you to wait for her until she came out of the Great Hall.You gaped up at the ceiling until you heard a voice.

"So it's true then," the voice said."Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts."

Whispers broke out through the crowd.You stood on your tip-toes to try and see the one and only Harry Potter,who was at the front of the group.

"This is Crabbe,and Goyle,"the voice continued."And I'm Malfoy.Draco Malfoy."

You pushed your way to the front,and saw Harry Potter standing there,with Draco Malfoy standing before him.A red-headed boy stifled a laugh when Draco stated his name.

"Think my name's funny,do you?!"Draco asked,clearly offended."Don't need to ask yours.Red hair and a hand-me-down robe.You must be a Weasley!"

Your eyes widened and stepped up beside both the Weasley and Harry."That wasn't very nice,"you stated,crossing your arms.

Draco glared at you,then looked back to Harry."You don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort.I can help you there."He extended his hand out to Harry.

"I can tell the wrong sort for myself,thanks,"Harry responded.Draco gave him another glare as McGonagall came back and told all of you they were ready."Thanks for that," Harry whispered to you as you started to walk.

"Any time!"You responded happily."I'm (Y/N).(Y/N) (Y/L/N)."

Ron
Ever since school started,which had been a couple months into your first year,you had a little crush on Ron Weasley.You didn't want anyone to know for the fear that you'd be picked on for liking a Weasley.

You were in the library when your friend,Hermione Granger,strode past you with an immense book clutched in her hands.You ran up to her."Hey Hermione.What's that for?"

She didn't break her stride as she spoke."Harry,Ron,and I need to look something up."

You were suddenly more interested at the sound of Ron's name."What is it?"

Hermione suddenly stopped and looked at you.Her voice dropped ten notches."Can I trust you (Y/N)?"You nodded."Then follow me."

You followed her to a table where Harry and Ron were sitting.You smiled at Ron when he looked at you."Hi,I'm Ron Weasley,"he introduced.

"(Y/N) (Y/L/N),"you responded.

Draco
You were rushing to your Transfiguration class.You hated being late to your classes, especially since it was the third time that month.You raced around a corner and ran smack dab into someone,and you fell down.

"Watch where you're going,(Y/N)!"The person shouted.You looked up and saw it was none other than Draco Malfoy.You avoided him since you knew he was a troublemaker and a bully.In fact,you were quite afraid of him.

"S...sorry,"you stuttered,making an effort to pick up your books."I'm late for class."

"Well maybe you should keep your head up.You'd get there faster,"he sneered.He continued to walk around you as you stood.

You looked after him as he walked away.'Stupid pureblood,'you thought.

Neville
You were in Herbology.You loved it since you were so used to Potions.You thought it was a nice break from Snape's class.You were told to partner up,but you didn't really have any friends,so you were the person awkwardly standing alone.

"Do you have a partner,(Y/N)?"Professor Sprout asked you.You shyly shook your head. "Oh,well Mr. Longbottom doesn't have a partner either.Mr. Longbottom!"Neville raced over to the sound of his name.

"Yes Professor?"He asked.You almost laughed at his big two front teeth.He was so cute!

"This is Ms. (Y/L/N).You two will be partners."With that,she walked away and left you and Neville alone.

"Hi,"you two said simultaneously.You both giggled and started tending to a plant.

"I'm (Y/N)."

"Neville,"he responded with a slight smile.

Seamus
You were in Professor Flitwick's class,learning a levitation spell.You had your wand out, trying to levitate a feather.

"Wingardium Leviosa!"You kept saying,while flicking your wand.For some reason,you couldn't quite get it.

Then Hermione Granger,to no surprise,succeeded with her feather.You leaned over the desk to see her and her house seated below you.A boy with brown hair and blue eyes swished and flicked his wand,saying the magic words.It suddenly exploded and the smoke rose directly into the boy's face,and yours.It caused silence through the whole class.

Afterward,you were a little mad at the boy for blowing a feather up in your faces.You approached him from behind and tapped him on the shoulder.He turned around to face you,his face still black.At this you had to laugh,and your madness completely left you.

"What?"He asked in his Irish accent.

"Nothing,"you said,still giggling."Your face is still covered in soot."

He nodded."Sorry I got you too."

"That's alright,"you said."I'm (Y/N).And yours?"

"Seamus Finnigin."

George
You had known the Weasleys ever since you were four years old.

Fred
Draco was bullying you at how you were so clumsy all the time.You would continue to walk to your class,but he wouldn't buzz off.

"Will you just quit,Malfoy?!"You said loudly.

"Why?Are my comments actually getting to you?"He sneered.

You tried to put on your brave face,but you felt like breaking down and crying.You were about to until someone else came to your rescue."Cut it out,will you Malfoy,"a red- headed boy said,approaching you two.There was actually two of them and they were definitely twins.They must've been third years.

"Who are you to stop me?"Draco asked,looking up at them both.

"We're older,"the other twin said.Draco gave them a grimace,then stomped off.

"Sorry about him,he's a slick git,"the first said."I'm Fred,and this is George."

"Hi,"you said with a little wave.
