Chapter 13

Okayy so I'm seriously sorry i havnt updated for ages and ages but please dont kill me because i have very good excuses.

*cough cough*

I dont have a computer to use and i upload everything on my ipod. Also i write all my stories on notes on my ipod but i dropped my ipod into a glass full of blackcurrant squash. The screen kinda fizzed up with bubbles and wouldnt turn on. I tried everything and i actualy lost the whole story of this!!

I got a bew ipod for christmas and i was trying really hard to remember what happened so im really sorry and here in the next short chapter.

Sorry for it being so short!! Its only because it ends of a cliffhanger.

Chapter 13

Yana's pov:

I gripped hold of the woodon fence and pulled myself up blinking to get the dust out of them. I clasped the picture and looked over at Xav for the last time.

He look took innocent and i knew that im atleast 3 minutes the box he was standing on was going to be kicked away and he was going to be hanging defenclessly for everyone to watch. Everyone including helpless old me.

I had to leave him now, there could still be hope for him i guess. But now i need to save Annabelle and Anna. I couldnt run, i had to walk and it felt like ages.

This was the last chance i had to save them both. I must hurry because times catching up with me.

I dont even know how i'll get inside, I need to think fast and smartly if im going to save Anna after all these years.

For no reason I recall a day at a beach. The sun blinding me as the sand burying my feet as i stand there holding a bucket and spade. Im smiling so much, i must be so happy... Then i see Anna running up behind me.

"Come on Yana, we need to build a castle that reaches to the sky! Look Sophies got all the pretty shells and stones!!" She yelled happily and i smiled running after her laughing too because those were the days i missed.

I dont even notice Annabelle besides me and i realise that im sat on the floor crying. I lift up the photo to her and she smiles housting me up and then bringing me into the safeness of the beloved castle as if on que straight from my lovely flashback <3

"Yana, you're going to stay right here and you're not going to leave until you're as fit as a fiddle. Thats not an offer, its an order. Im going to go make this potion! Wish me luck!" She said and i smiled but didnt dare speak.

Was it Anna telling her to save me because i was her friend? Annabelle had a clear chance to stop the execution but she brought me in instead. I didnt get it and all the hard thinking made me tired. Im a waste of space... It should have been Xav, shouldve been Xav..

Annabelles pov:

"Hurry hurry! We've got to be quick. Hurry up and drink it!" Anna was crying inside of me. I knew she'd die. We all did, How could i live with myself after it?

"Anna, im really really really sorry. You've been an amazing friend no matter how old you are. I'll make sure Yana gets better, you can count on me to be there for you. But remember you're meant to tell me what happened to you!" I said holding the disucting potion in my hand ready to drink.

"Just drink it, I'm killing you! Im just a little girl and it doesnt matter. Ive seen your world. Children missing, being murdered and know one knowing why. I'll just be like them..." Anna replied her voice calming and i didnt know what to do but Anna seemed to have controlled my hand and my potion filled my mouth slipping down my throat.

"Thank you.." Annas voice trailled.

The room was spinning, I was kneeling on the floor covering my eyes. There wasnt pain as such but i could just see Anna slipping away and her voice getting quieter and quieter and the my mind felt emptier and alone.

Then it all stopped and i looked up hearing cheers outside my window. I suddenly saw the box being kicked away and I knew it was Xav.

"Mother !!!" I screamed running down the stairs. I didnt know why i was calling her mother but you couldnt really run down a palace stairs shouting 'queen!' could you?

The Queen appeared smiling a bit. She linked arms with me and smiled but i was in a hurry and knew they wouldnt listen to me if i told them to stop.

"Yes my precious little baby girl. How are you today?" She smiled and it struck me that i had to tell her that Anna was dead and I helped kill her by making that potion. She would kill me and Yana as well as Xav.

"Please you must let Xav go, he's my friend and i cant lose him! I- i love him!" I admited looking embarrassed and she narrowed her eyes looking me up and down.

"A humam boy you just met? Anna sweety you can't be serious and I know how much you hate me killing bad people but its life."

I wanted to punch her but it wouldnt help this situtaion so i took a deep breath knowing Xav was still out there.

"Please.." I said begining to cry and she thought for a second and smiled. I looked hopefuly at her.

"But darling he's probably already dead. I heard the cheers minutes ago and I'm sure it was just a small crush because he was the first clean boy you've ever met." Her words were bitter and heartless. Anna didnt deserve a mother like this, How could she say that to her owm daughter? Well I'm not even her daughter- she's dead.

"Ill run away again! Its Annabelle talking as well you know! Its not all about Anna, Killing him is hurting me and therefore Anna as well and I've loved him for awhile and i only just realised it!"

"Well if it makes you happy, but if he's dead then i suppose you should give me my daughter and leave!" She said laughing as she walked as slow as she could outside. I screamed and climbed over the fence rather dramaticly.

I couldnt tell if he was alive or not and all I had to do was pray and pray. He was lying on the floor, not moving.

He's dead. I think but i definetly dont hope and i turn to see Annas mother smiling at everyone as she watched me move on my knees.

"Xav, please reply. Its Annabelle, its always me. Im really sorry i brought you into all this..." I breathed taking this bag off to see a tight red mark all around his neck and some blood there aswell. His eyes are open which is quite scary and i'm almost possitive he's not going to ever move again.

I turn to look evily at Annas Mother. She just shrugs and begins to walk away. I look up at the castle, what am i still doing here? I dont belong here and Xav and Annas dead and we cant bring them back and Yanas dying slowly.

The search for the truth of a girl on missing has just ruined my whole life and still we'll never know what happened to little old Anna....

And no ones ever going to know what happened to Xav...
