The day that she was missing at the park was a day of sorrow.

The day that would always corrupt my innocent mind.

I shall only go on with thoughs and words.

Memories r long past my respect of her.

The shadow for her.

For who she once was is only a shadow.

A shadow of lost and forgiveness.

A shadow of damaged life.

That day at the park was once a day of joy and happiness.

That day filled with fear and guilt.

Guilt that has permanent scars my helpless soul.

Her dissappearens shock the nation, my heart and my thoughts.

That day at the park was a clear sunny day.

A sunny day turned into a hurricane.

Destroying everything that go's in its way.

Want did she do, was she lost in a trance that couldn't be stopped.

There after that wind and rain laid only a hat.

A hat stained with deep red blood.

Blood of only hers that could it be.

Only hers that could have worn this hat.

A blue baseball cap with stitching only done by a study hand.

The hat to fit a fan of all teams from twins to red socks.

The shadow always wins, though it may pull some strings.

Attached to her the shadow will win.

Overwhelming her.

Forcing the pain to sink in through her tough skin.

Not finding her at the playground the thoughts of death came over me.

The pain and sorrow over throw me.

Reaching out to pull her out of the shadow holding her in.

No use it was to strong, unbearable to hold on any longer.

Know now was a journey to withstand.

Finding to truth about her disappearance only made the pain more gutrenching.

Taking what she was giving away from her.

They did this to a once happy lived girl.

Pulling her into the shadow.

Wiping her away with her own hand.

To be forgotten in all of us.

There under an old oak tree.

At the park where she once played.

Lies a once lively girl who was taken away with her own hand.

The words they said only for an everlasting shadow.
