For a week I keep my distance, only talking to him either in groups or professionally.
I sit down on the vast field outside of my dorm. The night sky filled with stars shines beautifully as I stare up in awe. My cold breath forms a white mist that floats up into the air.
Levi sits next to me silently.
"Pretty, right?" he whispers.
I nod.
"Yeah. Anyway, I should be going."
"Don't leave me. I can't take you avoiding me any longer." he says, holding my hand, his voice desperate.
I sigh and sink back down onto the floor.
"Fine." I sigh.
He wraps his arms around me protectively.
"I knew you were avoiding me after a day. I thought I'd live with it and beat you at your own game, but I can't handle it anymore." he whimpers.
I stare in shock.
"You have more feelings than you let on."
"Tough guys have feelings too."
He kisses me and I kiss him back.
I know now, I have feelings for him. For God's sake.
