It was the day of the honeymoon and they were just boarding the ship when all the sudden out of nowhere a huge gust of wind took the ship ticket and threw it into the water maybe it's for the best, said Jane to herself I can't swim anyway, what if something happened. Jane didn't want to think about that she ran back over to Michael and said in a soft sweet voice, on a scale of one to ten how mad would you be if I had accidentally dropped the cruise tickets into the harbor? She said cautiously and took a step back. His eyes got wide in shock and he tried to fake a smile but Jane knew he was boiling with anger inside though somehow he always controlled it, he only ever got mad at Jane once and they both vowed they would never, ever let that split them apart. Michael looked down into the harbor and back at Jane as he took a step forward and gave Jane a hug and took a deep breath so he could calm down as he said I love you and we are going on this cruise weather we have to buy new tickets or we have to stow away! He said jokingly as he held her hand we can make it through a silly thing like this, easy as pie. They both walked up to the ticket booth and said do you keep records of the names of people who buy tickets? No sir, said the man but if your ticket is lost or damaged go down to the purple building about 5 docks down and if you show him on your phone the recovery code for your tickets and he will print you some new ones but you'd better hurry, the ship leaves soon! The man exclaimed with a smal, amount of fear in his voice though Jane didn't know why they both started running until they reached the purple building when they went inside they were overwhelmed with the smell of seafood, sweat, and old men. And by the looks of it also the place to get some last minute cruise tickets Michael dug his phone out of his pocket and tried to pull up the ticket code but the walls were so thick in the purple building that he didn't get any cell service. They were stuck, what were they going to do? Michael walked up to the man at the "front desk" if that's even what you would call it, and said to the man I want to print new cruise tickets, but I can't get any cell service to get my redeem code. What are ya talking about bub? Said the man in a confused voice, we have nothing to do with cruises here. The man said as he walked away into another part of the building while another man came out of nowhere and said, the bouncers for the ship just say stuff like that because they think that your trying to get a free ride. The man said as he vanished again, weird guy, said Michael as he walked toward the door, you coming? He asked politely of course said Jane as Michael held the door they both walked out and back to the dock but the ship was gone. That explains why the ship bouncer was worried, he said thinking hard he must have thought we were free loaders and thought we would be distracted long enough that the ship could leave. Well it worked admitted Jane as she watched the ship drift farther and farther away, we should be the ones on that boat, we should be the ones having fun right about now but instead were the ones stuck on the dock looking like a couple of idiots! Hey speak for yourself dearest, Michael said with a smirk oh, you know I was just kidding she said as her voice trailed off but I simply can't believe that someone could do something so horrible! She said giving her husband side-eyes. The next cruise doesn't leave until next week she said sadly as she kicked some seaweed off the dock, so what are we going to do? Jane said a little worried I mean a doctor can only take so much time off. Lucky for you, he paused I never take a day off so I have about a month of paid off days he said don't worry it's not like we really need the money anyway he win,Ed at her sarcastically I know your a rich and we'll know doctor but it's not the money I'm concerned about, it's the patients your not seeing, the ones that will die without your help. Dr. McKinny is covering for me at the OR everybody's going to be fine without me there or I wouldn't get the option to take the day off honey. As they walked back to the car Michael pulled out his phone and booked a honeymoon suite for 7 days at the Royal Inn and Suites . See he said as he opened the car door for Jane everything is going to be alright, we're just going to have to have an extended honeymoon which won't be a bad thing he said with a wink. The more time I get to spend with you the better he said as he started the car and put it into drive. The road to the hotel was a rough and bumpy one but it was all worth it when they got there, the hotel was completed with a pool, spa, sauna, and a restaurant well, said Jane not a total disappointment she said sarcastically as she got out of the black Cadillac and walked up to the front desk as Michael said were here to check into the honeymoon suite the woman said ah, the two lovebirds she said Michael and Elizabeth right? Um, no the reservation is for Michael and Jane. Oh, I know it's just a security procedure to make sure there's no case of stolen identity. Sorry to fool you but it's part of my job description she said as she pointed up a staircase just go up there and 7 doors down she said handing both Michael and Jane a key and if you want a free breakfast come down here about 9:00 a.m. Kitchen closes at 10:00 a.m. But by then all the food is gone the two headed up the stairs suitcases in hand and struggled to open the door due to all the bags but they got inside and threw their bags on the couch Jane opened her suitcase and reached for a long white nightgown while Michael just fell on the bed in exhaustion. Jane got out of the bathroom in a long white nightgown ready for bed? She said to her husband who was already fast asleep and he didn't even bother to change into night clothes she said to herself laying down beside him goodnight she wisp erred as she got in bed and fell fast asleep the next day..... Jane woke up only to find that Michael was already gone now where did he go? She said to herself as she wandered around their huge hotel room, she looked at the clock and it said 9:30 a.m. Michael usually wakes up about 8:30 so she figured he had gone to breakfast so she grabbed a blue robe from the bathroom and went downstairs to the kitchen there were a lot of choices down there scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, omelets pretty much any breakfast food you could imagine was there and sure enough so was Michael sitting in a booth at the left corner of the room Jane put an omelet on her plate and walked over to the booth and put her plate down only to find an empty plate and a sleeping man she reached over the table and squeezed his arm wake up sleepy head she said to him shaking him a little bit oh, good morning he mumbled as he picked up his plate and walked over to the sink and set it down with about 6 other plates and walked back over to the booth how long have you been sitting there? Oh, about 23 seconds 24, 25, 26 okay, okay ,okay! Said Michael I get it you don't have to count off the seconds he said with a smile well I'll just sit here and wait for you to be done and then we can go look in the travel book upstairs and see what there is to do around California he said as he looked at her plate. Well I guess you weren't very hungry, no replied Jane picking up her plate and setting it in the sink, I think I'll have a cup of coffee though she said as she grabbed a mug oh, honey we have an espresso machine in our room. Oh, said Jane putting the cup back as she started walking back towards the long steps she just sat down on the first step and said  don't these people know what an elevator is? She said as she started walking and Michael said well that's okay because you don't have to walk he said as he picked her up see I'm your elevator he winked as they reached the top of the stairs he put her down and said did you loose weight since yesterday? Oh, stop it she said she opened the door
