"General heaven" and "personal heavens" mixed. Basically, you can do whatever you want. Whatever you need. You can even create settings, like a forest of purple trees and pink water rivers. You can create whatever you want really, your surroundings respond to your desires. This is sort of similar to the "Beyond" used in my Supernatural fanfiction, "MeGabe"/"Meg The Demon & Gabriel The Archangel" - but the "standard" setting, when you're not actively changing the landscape to what you "want," is blank white.
You can live whatever life you want, create whatever you want, even travel back to Earth as a ghost.
It truly is a Heaven.
