• Chapter 7 •

     "Babe." I heard a husky voice mumble as I turn over. I slowly open my eyes and see Ethan, I groan as I close my eyes. "Babe, get up, You have to work in two hours." He said. I opened my eyes and groaned. "Why do I have to work today? Why can't I spend time with you?" I said kissing him. He laughed and carried me to the kitchen table. "Here, I will make waffles." He said taking out some pancake mix. "Here's some egg nog babe." He said pouring some into a cup and handing it to me. "Thanks love." I smiled. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through my social media, I saw Ethan's posts on Instagram and smiled. It was a picture of him and I on our first date. I liked it and put a comment. "Couldn't be happier.☺️❤️" Then looked on snapchat. I got a snapchat from gray, we had a fifth day streak. I opened the snapchat to see a funny face.

"Your brother is something else." I shook my head smiling. "Yeah, trust me I know." He said putting the food on a plate. We just talked about everything and anything while eating breakfast, I enjoyed mornings with Ethan when I could. He makes every morning better.
After breakfast, I had to get ready for work so I took a thirty minute shower and got dressed, Putting on a maroon sweatshirt and leggings, the. going to the bathroom to blow dry my hair, then putting my hair into a bride.

      I decided to just do simple makeup because I was lazy today, so I put on eyeshadow and Mascara, then adding foundation and highlight. "Want me to drop you off at work and then come pick you up?" Ethan said, wrapping his arms around me. I smiled. "That would be nice. You don't mind?" I asked turning around, wrapping my arms around his neck. "No baby girl, I don't mind at all." He said leaning in, kissing me passionately. "I- I love you, Riley." He said, I looked up at him, I was in shock, He's never said that before. "I- I love you too Ethan!" I said hugging him tight. I didn't notice I was crying tears of joy until he cupped my face and whipped the tears. "Why are you crying?" He said kissing my forehead. "I just love you so much, you make me so happy!" I mumbled into his shirt. He just held me tighter. "You ready babe?" He asked letting go of me. I nodded as I put my shoes on and got into the car.
     "I will see you at four, have a great day.. I love you."He said kissing me slowly. I smiled and nodded. "I love you too." I said smiling at him then walking to work. He honked and I waved goodbye. I walked inside, I couldn't find ash though, maybe she had off. I got to my station and waited for the first order. Next thing is knew, I got busy real quick.
      It was almost four and I was anxious for Ethan to pick me up, I wish time would go faster. All of a sudden, my phone beeped, I look to see Ethan's name pop up across the screen. A huge smile creeped across my face. I finished my last order of the day, putting my apron up then rushing out the door to see Ethan leaned up against his car. I bit my lip, then ran into his arms. "Hi babe." He said holding me tight. "Hi!" I said giggling. we can in the car and drove off. "I have a surprise for you, but i'm gonna need you to put this on." He said holding out a blind fold. I looked at the blind fold then back at Ethan. "Um Ethan.." i trailed off. "Don't worry, It's not what you think." He laughed, I sighed, then giggled. "Phew, I thought for a second you were into-" "No!" We laughed as I put the blind fold on. "Wait, can you tell me about my surprise." He laughed. "Well if I tell you anything, the. it wouldn't be a surprise now would it." I sigh, slumping in my seat.
    After a few more minutes of singing drake songs, we finally arrived home. I think. "Now can I take it off?" I asked getting out of the car. "No! I need you to change into comfy Pjs and take off your makeup!" Ethan said guiding me inside. "Okay.." I said. He guided me into my room i'm guessing and closed the door. "Make sure you put the blind fold back on after your done changing! i'm right here when your done!" He shouted. "Alright." I said as I got out of my clothes, I decided to take a real fast shower, then changing into a pair of Ethans joggers and a black long sleeved shirt, Then put my hair into a pony tail.

"Okay i'm putting the blind fold back on." I warned as he came in, picking me up."Ah! Ethan put me down! what are you doing?!" I panicked. "Don't worry babe I'm taking you to your surprise." He chuckled. next thing I knew I was on the ground. "You can take the blind fold of now." He said wrapping his arms around me. I took off the blind fold to see a breath taking view in my backyard. Lights hung everywhere all lit up, a big blow up mattress for two, with netflix on a giant screen across the fence, with drinks and pizza on the side. "Ethan, this is-" "Amazing?" He cut me off as he spun me around. "Perfect." I said looking into his emerald eyes, leaning in, Kissing him passionately. "God I love you." I said smiling up at him. we walked into the mattress and cuddled, searching for a show to watch. "What about my parents? They should be back tonight?" I panicked. "They love me, I even told them about our little night together." He's so amazing. "Wow. Look at you!" I giggled as he kissed my forehead. "anything for my baby girl." I cuddled into him as we began watching the fosters.
       After two seasons of The Fosters, Ethan out on my bed time playlist, the first song to play was What You Need by the weeknd. Gray knew how to play this song on the piano, it was pretty impressive. "I will be right back, I'm gonna put the pizza away." He said getting up with the half eaten box of pizza. I just latex there listening to the music, looking up at the night sky, thinking, How the hell did I get so lucky? I smiled as a tear of joy strolled down my cheek. I quickly whipped it away, as Ethan came back and cuddled. "Good Night my love. I will see you in the morning, you have off tomorrow right?" I nod as he strokes my hair. "Good, we can do what ever you want then." He smiled. "Sounds like a plan. Good night, I love you so much Ethan." I said cuddling into him more as he did the same. "I love you too babe." Is all he said before we both fell asleep. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend.
