Her whole body trembled as she gazed from five feet away. How close she was to the parked police cars, crying parents, and ambulances. It excited her how she created this tramautic scene all by herself. Shaking herself out of her thoughts she turned away and walked away from the crimescene. Amelia was an average girl from apperance she was roughly 5'3 in her hightops had long black curly hair tied into a low ponytail. She was currently wearing an unbottened black and red flannel with some band shirt, she had no idea what the band was their logo just looked cool. Entering inside a local food place she sat at the nearest booth and stared at the resturant's only TV. She grinned when it was the local news, the newswoman looked like she was around her fourties if not older. The woman fidgited her glasses nervously before speaking to the camera. 'She must've just realized she was on air.' Amelia thought setting her laptop bag down beside her. "It has been barely two hours since the-" Amelia noticed that she couldn't hear the newswoman anymore and looked over at the booth behind her. Much to her annoyance it was disrupted by some asshole on the phone. "Yeah honey I will be home soon, haha I love you more nuh uh I love you three times as much!" The man cooed over the phone turning the volume down. Before having a chance to say anything else Amelia snatched the phone out of his hand and threw it across the room hitting another table. "Nobody fucking cares that you love your wife we're trying to watch the news!" Amelia shouted at him while trying to reach for the remote. The man was in shook by the sudden action but didn't take him long to push her back. "Get off of me!" The two yelled at eachother before the manager noticed the noise and went over to the two. "What do you two think your doing?!" The man pointed at the raged teen with fear. "S-She's trying to kill me!" With that Amelia was forced out the resturant. She punched the door, it didn't hurt the door but it made her feel a little better. Walking down the streets it seemed almost bare, was everyone around here a parent? She sighed looking for faster transportation if she was gonna get away she couldn't walk the entire time. Lucky for her she found a busstop sitting at the bench she saw two others sobbing. Snot running down their noses and bright pink faces. She groaned at how grossed they looked and leaned against the seat. "My boy was just getting out this year, he was going to be an astronaut." One of the woman cried out while being hugged by the other. Amelia rolled her eyes only briefly recalling the boy she was talking about. Hearing the bus screech to a halt at the bus stop the two woman got one. 'Thank god the bus saved me from a damn migraine.' The bus door was still open waiting for her to get on too. Amelia checked her pockets once more not finding any change and shook her head. The bua driver shrugged and closed it doors, preparing to depart. She got up and taking back several steps she ran toward the back of the bus jumping onto the thin platform as it took off. She held onto the bus's side looking up at the evening sky. It was a nice pink tint with some orange and completely clear of clouds. Turning to the side she watched the buildings past by her varying in sizes. She frowned when she thought about how she was never going to see them again. Her eyes lidded and her back leaned against the bus she let nostalgia take over as she stared at the city sights.
