The New Steam Game

This part of the story is told from a few different people's perspectives, and it will be switching as the story goes on. Also I will be using the YouTubers' real names. Enjoy!

( Dan's Part)
Dan was just finishing editing his videos for the day when his phone buzzed. He pulled it from his pocket, and saw it was Felix who had sent it as a group chat to him, and Phil.

Pewds:HEY BROS! You guys need to check out this new game on Steam! It's called The Blue Children. BEST GAME EVER!

Dan smirked. Felix barely ever suggested games, and when he did they were usually really good. Dan clicked on Steam and searched 'The Blue Children' on the store. When it came up he was confused. The game only had a few reviews and only seventy-three buys. He decided to check it out anyway, considered Felix had said it was quote, "THE BEST GAME EVER', and purchased it.

As Dan waited for the game to load, he looked at the pictures and description. The graphics looked so good he had to look very close at them, to make find the flaws.

He scrolled the screen down to find the description. "A game of hide-and seek, tag,
red-light-green-light, and many more. Secrets in the darkness may help you more than you think. If you hope to survive, you must find the innocent, curiosity that left you as a young child. For a play through go to our YouTube channel: The Caped Creators. +12. Interesting, it doesn't seem to have a Trailer on Steam." Dan looked at the YouTube link thinking maybe there was a trailer there, but before he could click on it the game finished downloading.

Dan sighed and leaned back in his chair. "Oi, Phil! There's a new game out and I want to play it. Get your ass over here!" The pale man leaned into the room. "What is it? I was just buying socks on Amazon." Dan rolled his eyes, "It's called 'The Blue Children'. It some kind of horror game made by the 'Caped Creators'. That's a cute little name." Phil walked over to view the screen. "That looks scary. Good thing it's near Halloween." He hopped into his chair. The two looked at each other and grinned, before slipping on their headphones.

Dan faced the camera, as Phil started the recording, "Welcome back Dan and Phil Games Blueberries," Phil beamed at the camera.

Dan turned to him, "What?! Why blueberries? What do blueberries have to do with this game?"

"Well it's the Blue children, hence blueberries." Phil answered a cheeky grin on his face. Dan shook his head. "What ever, let's just load the game." He clicked on the little icon showing a lite girl with blue skin, like she was frost-bit. "Here we go guys! I hope this records right cause by the looks of this game I am going to piss myself many, many times." Dan nodded, "Let's get into it."

"OH MY JESUS IN A BOAT!" Dan screamed as the little girl with the blue skin major jump-scared him. He flew back in his chair, and fell over on the couch. Phil jumped a bit and and flipped around to see if his mate was okay. "OOOWWW! Stupid creepy child!" Dan pulled himself up off the ground. "Are you all right?" Phil asked picking up the chair. "I HATE this stupid game, and it's stupid FREAKING CHILDREN!" The brunette stormed out of the room, his anger rising. Phil chuckled at him before ending the video.

The raven-haired man walked to his partner's room, "Hey Dan, are you okay?" Dan was face down on his bed. "Yeah I just need some alone time." Phil nodded, "Okay, I'm gonna go edit that video. Goodnight." He strolled out of the room as Dan raised a hand to him. He then slowly slipped into the dimension known as sleep, thinking of small female children with blue skin.
