What's in it for me?

Chapter 1

Just another, boring day at Milford high school. The only good thing is the weather well it is New Orleans,any way the weather lead to me wearing my new high waist blue denim shorts and my black long sleeve top my black ankle boots and my new black chocker with my hair in a bun that's what you call a awesome outfit. There finally I can see my best friend the most awesome friend you can get McKenzie also known as Kenzie I think she is awesome because she has the most perfect hair the darkest brown you can get also known as black with caramel highlights, grey eyes with a blue rim circling on the outside, her skin is brown but light and her fashion is always awesome you can just feel the vibe of bad ass by looking at her.By the way my name is Alexandra but most people call me Alex as I hate my full name.

"Are you just gonna stand there or you gonna say hi! Only joking"Kenzie said with a lot of happiness in her voice than usual, which made me curious of what she hasn't told me well i don't see why not I've been texting her all weekend.

" anyway there is a new shop by-"she muttered before being cut off by a deep sounding cough behind me.

"Hi ladies, how you doing?" The strange boy said with a wink I think it was aimed at Kenzie suddenly her cheeks began to heat up.

" what do you want?"I declared with annoyance.then mckenzie finally stepped in whilst me and the dude was having a staring competition
" umm if you should know we have a class to attend so back off will ya, yeah umm bye now!"I turned to her and smiled smugly at her whilst the boy stumbled off
"What"

And with that we walked to our locker to collect our books for our English class together oh how I love English (incase you didn't know I'm being sarcastic). Just thinking about English with Mr jones is making me fall asleep. All of a sudden  a broadly body collided in o me causing my books to fall to the floor.

" hey watch where you're going can you not see a person walking in front of you, can you not see through those glasses. I never seen such an idiotic person!" Hey I'm not gonna let some new boy I've obviously never met before talk to me like that because he was breathtakingly gorgeous with his hazel eyes and chestnut brown hair wait -

" listen I don't know who you think you are but don't try and bring me down it's not like I'm the only one with eyes here so why don't you shut your mouth ,you're the first arrogant and annoying person I've bumped into today literally!"not bad Alex not bad at all.

"Wow Alex  that was awesome!" Kenzie said with a proud smile on her face and that's when I realised a crowd had formed around me but began to spread out now seen as the show was over.
