Unable to sleep, you decided to head to the household library and see if you could find something to read. Pushing open the heavy wooden door you found the room painted crimson by the sunset. You run your hand up the wall and flip the light switch. You curse under your breath when nothing happens. With a sigh you continue on into the library. As you move you can't help but feel watched. Feeling paranoid you grab a random book as you quickly make your way to your favorite chair. "What do we have here?" A voice speaks startling you. "W-who's there!?" The only response you get is a sadistic laugh. Coming to your favorite chair you gasp. In it is a man, sprawled out as if he owns the place. One hand hanging lazily off the arm rest and the other holding a gun. With a dark laugh the man speaks, "hasn't anyone told you about the monsters of the night? It isn't safe for girls like you to wander." Your eyes grow wide with fear as he raises the gun. BANG! Your eyes squeeze shut and a scream escapes you. Hearing something collapse behind you and the man laughing you slowly open your eyes. On the ground behind you is something inhuman. "See, the monster want to prey on things as innocent as you." The man with the gun laughs as he brushes past you. You watch in horror as he bites into the monster, draining it's blood. "W-who are you," you whisper. Dropping the monster he turns towards you, blood staining his lips. "I am your savor dear."
