It all started with a shooting star

Ch.1 - the start

I sat there cross legged on the field mountain. The smell of sun flowers and freshly cut grass flowed through the air and then BAM! The memories of 2 nights ago hit me like a truck. Now I'm just making the sounds, I've been doing it for so long water isn't even coming out anymore. It's just me and NaNa now. "Don't get me wrong I love her and all but seriously what did Lauren ever do to deserve this? I should be the one gone......." I thought while looking up at the midnight sky.

"I don't mean to I really don't Laur, but you know it's just something I had to do. I know that NaNa is worried about me but it's not like I'm robbing a bank,no way is sneaking out the same as that." I said while looking at my sisters grave

Yes normally a grave would be in a..... Well grave yard but I convinced them- begged them to have it placed on our mountain.
You know what I'll just let the author explain what's going on.

Oh did I say that? Never mind, anyways this is what happened

A few days ago

"Hey Laur whats on your head a birds nest?" I teased "haha very funny" she said and pushed me gently "come on hurry up the bell rings in half an hour." I replied and shoved her chevron patterned backpack in her hands. " ok ok chill lady" she giggled

"So how's schoo-" " AHHHH!!!!"

A striking pain hit me and all of a sudden I panicked I didn't know what to do! " Laur! LAUR ARE YOU OK???" I looked around and I- I- I saw her there hardly even able to breath! I immediately called 911  and told them what was happening

"Laur!  Laur please stay with me!" "Xyra stop worrying I'm gonna be just fine, now when you get home tell NaNa that I love her and remember that I love you too ok?" Right there and than I knew that she wouldn't even make it to the hospital. I had to stay strong if this was the last time I was gonna see her. "Laur I love you too, mom and dad abandoned me but you stayed and that means so much to me." "Ok Xyra I'm going to sleep now ok? I'll see you later. I love you." She kissed my for head and fell into my lap.

After she.....died a shooting star crossed the sky. "You serious it's a really bad time for you to be here right now. But I guess it's better than nothing." I closed my eyes and said my wish " I hope that I can make Lauren proud no matter what it takes"

Now

So that's what happened. After that I broke down I didn't eat and I stayed in my room all day but at least I'm getting better, I think.

Then there it was again. That shooting star that just comes at the worst times, but still I said my wish " I will make you proud Laur, please help me make her proud. No matter what it takes

(A/N little did she know that those 5 words would do so much)

"Hi NaNa I'm really sorry." She giggled and walked over to me "oh Hun when will you learn? Please stay safe. If you go and run to the mountain at least leave me a letter" I smiled and we hugged

"Now go on tomorrow  your starting school again."

NO NOT THAT PLACE.........
Every memory of Lauren and I flashed before my eyes. I was way passed over whelmed. Hadn't I already been tortured enough?
