Chapter 5: The Secret Passage Way

Jemma's POV

After school Alyssa and I, who are now like best friends, walked out of the school to try to find Jason. It turns out that Jason is one of Alyssa's best friends so that was awesome.

"Where could he be?" I say frustrated that we haven't found him yet cause I need to get ready for the party.

"He's probably just hangin around with Michael in our special spot. Here I'll show you." She says as she starts running and pulling me along with her.

After running through the halls for a couple of minutes, We finally stop when we come to a closet in Mrs. Reiter's room. When Alyssa opens it I notice a secret door behind all the stuff in there. No one would have known it was there if Alyssa hadn't move a lot of the stuff in there.

She looks at me as she opens the door and I stand my mouth open." Are you coming or not?" and then laughs as she pulls me along.

After a couple minutes of walking though a dim hallway that seems to be between the walls of the school. We walk into a room and we see Jason and I guess Michael sitting on the floor looking at some papers and whispering quietly.

"Michael!" Alyssa runs over to him, and gives him and big hug and kisses him on the cheek."We were looking all over for you and I haven't seen you since first hour.

Michael still looking a little shocked about the unexpected visit is trying to pick up all the papers and hide them in his messenger bag. He looks around and sees me and smiles."So sweetie who's the girl over there?"

She looks over like she completely forgot about me. "Oh that's Jemma. She said that Jason was going to take her home so we went looking for you guys."

When Jason hears his name he looks up and smiles at me. "I see you found our little hiding place. We were just finishing up." He says and stands up and gives me a hug. I am a little shock about that but it feels so good so I hug him back.

Alyssa looks at us shocked." O my gosh, are you guys going out?" "I had no idea.

When I turn to look at Jason, I can tell he's blushing. Wait what. So maybe we feel the same way even though we just met today. I laugh "No, we're not. I mean we just met today. "

Michael raises his eyebrows when he looks at us but Jason just shrugs. After that Jason takes my hand and we walk out to the car.

Jason's POV

When Alyssa and Jemma had walked in, Michael and I were working on an assignment for the clan, to find the rogues that lived in the area.

I was still a little upset that she hadn't waited for me in the office, but I understood why she wanted to look around. I mean it was a new school and had wanted to find her own way around.

I was happy though that Alyssa had found her cause otherwise she might have run into people that would love to take advantage of her.

Alyssa and Michael had been dating for about a year and were really close. It was really funny when Alyssa almost knock Michael over. Alyssa always gets so worried when she doesn't know where he is.

I don't know why I hugged Jemma, I guess I was just happy to see that she was okay. I was really relieved when she hugged me back, otherwise I would have looked like a fool.

I was a little embarrassed when Alyssa asked if Jemma and I were dating, cause we're mates, but know one but Michael and I know about it. I didn't want to explain it all to Jemma yet, I was waiting for the right time to explain who she was and I knew it would be hard to tell her.

After that embarrassing moment, I decided that it would be best if we went home. I took Jemma's hand, which was warm, and lead her out to the car.
