It's the reason why a person can make you feel good and another can't...
No one can make you feel bad without your permission.
No husband,no wife,no boyfriend,no girlfriend, no exs...no one..can make you unhappy,because in fact,it is our reaction to circumstances that dictates whether we would be happy or not.
It's not what happened,how it happened..or who happened....
It has always been how we react and handle situations.
It is not about what you have or do not have...or who you have or do not have in your life.... because you can't be happy if you do not realize that your happiness lies inside of you, right within...and not without...
Stop searching for happiness out there...your happiness is not out there..and never has been...
It has always been inside of you.
Our happiness cannot be given to us by anyone,we decide to be happy.
Feel good about yourself and it wouldn't matter what people think,they haven't been through half of what you've been through...
You alone understand yourself....make yourself happy... happiness is a free antidote...make use of it!
