Population Control

Introduction

Intro

In the future, there were other beings discovered in our galaxy. The Baroam, they are brute-like aliens with a strong desire to serve their race. There’s also the Baimpu, they are the greater minds in the galaxy, and they are fairly big creatures as well. Then there are the Ze, they are insect-like and have large numbers of population. Then there are also the Chepue, they are fewer in number than the other races, but they are hardwired to survive.

These races and people survived together for a long time until there was not enough space to live on in the galaxy. This led to the lowest point in history; a famine consumed the whole galaxy. It nearly destroyed all the races that inhabited it. The famine destroyed economies and caused crime everywhere. Ever since then, the High Council set up the population laws. They stated the appropriate amount of population each race could have. At first the laws were enforced by limiting the birth rate of each race.

The Ze however, disagreed with the High Council’s decision and started protesting (because the Ze can mate once and have 40 children) the protests eventually became violent and they soon got the humans and the Baimpu to join in as well.  

Eventually the High Council couldn’t take the pressure anymore and the High Council agreed on a new method of population control, a way that made people have pride in taking part and didn’t limit the rate of birth for any race.

The races didn’t agree, since this was what they were striving to abolish; until the head of the council, Regasesh, reminded them of the horrible famine that plagued their galaxy, how they almost lost everything  and how there wasn’t enough living space to support every race with as many people as they want. The races eventually concluded that this result or some other strategy had to be enforced or they would use all their resources and a second galaxy-wide famine would erupt.

They decided on the Ryprime.
