In the last three years maya has been through a lot. .... her break up with her ex boyfriend (lucas)..... her bestfriend moved to California..... and god knows how long it's been since she heard from josh.

Uggg it's Monday time for another day of hell... I got up and got up hoped in the shower and got dressed for school.... (maya's outfit below)

I turned around and saw my ex boyfriend lucas and his group of friends walking over to us... "Hey hart" said lucas I've always loved lucas but our relationship never really worked out we wanted to different things in life he wanted to settle down but me I just want to be free to do what ever it is I want. "Hey huckleberry" I said "You look hot maya" lucas said "Thanks but how would your girlfriend feel about you saying that to me" I said Lucas has been dating the most popular girl in school.. her name was smackle and she hated me. She was also one of the reason me and lucas broke up but that's a different story. "I'm sure she wouldn't mind and plus were just friends now.... buy I've better get going so... see you later?" After school I went straight home and got my ballet outfit and put it in my dance bag and left before my stepdad Herman came home. ______
I was on my way home when I saw that the cafe my mom used to work at was having an open mic night so I decided to go. After a couple of songs I saw how late it was and thought it was time to go home.
On my way out of the cafe I ran into the last person I ever expected to see.........
