the first time I did ... the harming thing I was 13 and my brother saw it on my hand , he told his teacher at school and she told my parents he'd been upset . when he got home I heard them ask him why he'd been upset and he said "because of what Dinah did !" and they found me and made me show them what I did . they were really upset and tried to make me happy all the time so I'd stop and one of the reasons they made me get braces was to make it harder for me to do that but once they stopped making my teeth hurt ... well , I did it again
