Akaashi x Reader x Tsukishima

You are (l/n) (f/n), one of the managers of the managers in the volleyball club of Ubugawa, also the cousin of that spiker who can be count as one of the top 5 in the country, Bokuto Koutarou.
A high school second year girl, who is trying her best to support her team.

Right now, you were in the training camp with your team which was organized by the the Fukuroudani Academy Group.
The training camp was going on with matches done between Ubugawa, Shinzen, Fukuroudani, Nekoma and Karasuno.

Since you were watching all of the matches from outside, you could see any kind of things happening.
Peoples' flaws, strong points and places where they can be stronger...
You could also notice new things about the players in your team.
Well, not just your own team to be honest.

These days, two certain people were attracting your attention.
First of all, Akaashi Keiji.
Second year in Fukuroudani Academy, position: Setter.
He was calm and composed. He could also manage to make Bokuto calm. Being his cousin, you did know how much of an annoying person he could be sometimes.
He was also used to his mood swings, and did know how he should actually deal with them.

Second of all, Tsukishima Kei.
First year in Karasuno, position: Middle blocker.
Not showing his skills off, not acting eye-catching.
But well, man, he had the skills.
He was also calm and smart person, but you could sometimes see how much he hated to lost.
He looked like he was doing good but... You couldn't feel that "I am doing my best!" aura coming from him.
Even though he could do probably do better by doing his best.

You sigh to yourself.
"Something wrong, (f/n)-chan?"
You look at the girl who called your name, who was one of the managers of the Ubugawa like you, Miyanoshita Eri.
"Nothing... But I think I am thinking about few things too much around these days."
"Hm? Why don't you give a visit to your cousin this night then?"

"What? What kind of connection does Koutarou have with my concerns?"
"I heard that they have been doing little three-on-three at one of the gymnasiums around these days. One of the managers of Fukuroudani told me that. Maybe you can relax a little bit by watching their matches?"

"Hmm... Okay, I will go and take a look at to the one of their matches. Thanks, Eri."
The girl smiles at you and pat your shoulder.
"Don't think about confusing things that much!"
You chuckle at the enthusiastic words of the petit girl.
"I will try not to."

You were walking towards to the gymnasium which Miyanoshita was talking about.
When you heard the sounds of a ball getting hit, you thought that you have found the correct place.
You stand in front of the door and open the net thingy.

"Oya?"
"Oya oya?"
Bokuto and Nekoma's captain, Kuroo, noticed you first. You smile at the two confused boys.
"Would you mind if I watch your matches?"
"Of course not! Come in and see how magnificent I am (f/n)."
Hearing the words of Bokuto, you chuckle and sit onto the ground, resting against the wall.

It was a 3-on-3 match: Akaashi, Bokuto and that little guy from the Karasuno vs Kuroo, that Russian guy from Nekoma and Tsukishima.
Shortly after they settled down, they continue their match.
By height, definitely Akaashi's team was on disadvantage but Akaashi was clearly supporting his friends by his easily hitable balls.

On the other hand, Tsukishima's group was strong also in a way, since Kuroo was receiving nearly all of the balls and Tsukishima was not letting the balls get into his side of court by blocking as much as possible.
