Part 1 Waking up

As Harry awoke to see Hermione waking up in a bed next to him. What had happened? Why am I here? Harry thought. Miss Pomfrey was walking over to Harry with a bag of chocolate. "Eat some chocolate Harry those dementors almost got you. Ah! Hermione eat some too you'll need it!" Miss Pomfrey said as she was walking away. It was around 30 minutes after Peter Pettigrew had left. Harry was looking over to talk to Hermione. "Psst! Hermione!" Harry whispered. Hermione looked over. "Why are we whispering?" She replied. "Did Peter Pettigrew get away?" Asked Harry. "I think so but if we leave now we might be able to catch him." Harry and Hermione started to get up out of their beds when Miss Pomfrey heard them. "Harry, Hermione, please rest there's no need to leave. Professor Dumbledore will becoming in any moment to talk to you and please for heavens sakes eat the chocolate."Harry and Hermione sat down. But they looked at one of the beds in front of them had Ron laying there, completely asleep.
Dumbledore walked in. Snape and Fudge fast behind him. Snape and Fudge were talking. "You'll be all over the news Snape! Thanks to you we've got him! Your officially a legend Snape!" Cornelius Fudge was saying as he, Snape, and Dumbledore walked up to Harry and Hermione's beds. "Harry, Hermione do you remember what happened?" Asked Dumbledore.
"It took a couple a minutes but we remember it completely." Answered Hermione for her and Harry both. "Very well now, we have Sirius up on the 7th floor. When the clock hits twelve we'll have the dementors take care of him." Said Dumbledore. "Sir but you don't understand! What Professor Snape told you was a lie! We know what happened we were awake for all of it! You can't ki--" "It's okay Harry no need to worry now." Snape had his deathly stare he always has just deeper and more deadly than usual. If a stare could kill his would. "Snape, Cornelius please give us a moment." Snape and Fudge left the hospital room. "Headmaster you don't understand! Let us explain you can't kill Sirius!" "It's okay Harry." He looks over to Hermione to give her some reassurance too. "I'm going to lock that door at twelve exactly, Hermione you know what you need to do?" Hermione gave a nod. "Good luck you two!" He walks out. "Harry come here." Harry walks over. She puts a chain around his head,
