I plop myself down on the bar stool and motion for the bartender.
"What can I get you?" a bartender asks.
"Whiskey. Straight." I reply. He nods his head and gets to work.
I sigh as I look around the crowded bar. There were couples grinding on the dance floor, people vomiting and other people passed out.
"Your drink." The bartender says. I turn around and nod my thanks whilst sliding a twenty-dollar bill towards him.
"Keep the change." I hum with a small smile. I go to grab my drink but alas someone grabs it before I can.
"Thanks, babe." Is all I hear. Asshole.
I turn around to see a blond haired dude with a gray top, black jeans and sneakers. Fuck boy much?
"Can I have my drink back? " I mean did just pay for it.
"Sure if you dance with me." The blonde hair guy quickly tells me as he flashes me his pearly whites.
I rolled my eyes, "I don't dance with strangers." I tell him as I spin back around on my chair to face the bar again.
"Fine then. You can have your drink back if you and I have a full five minute conversation." He told me after a few seconds before joining me at the bar, much to my discomfort.
I looked over to the clock, "Okay." I tell him as he slides my drink to me.
"My name is Drew." He states before ordering a shot. Of course it is. I think as I roll my eyes.
"Nora." I say as I take a sip of whiskey and enjoy the taste of the burn it leaves.
"Well, Nora I see you're not the talking type," he says glumly as he stares at me, before looking around the room, "Hey! Let's play twenty questions."
I looked at the clock and shrugged, "You have three minutes left."
"Right. Well Nora let's start it off easy. How old are you?" Drew asks.
"24. You?" I ask taking another sip.
"25. What do you do?"
"I work." I tell him vaguely, "What about you?"
"I work at my dad's car repair coming." He says a wide smile on his face, "Why are you here alone?"
Classy. I think as I raise my eyebrow.
"I like my own company." I look at the clock. "One more minute." I tell him, hoping he gets the clue and leaves me alone. But of course he doesn't, "Why are you alone?" I ask back.
"I'm not, you here." Drew says as a he smirks at me.
I roll my eyes and look back at the clock. Yes, only ten more seconds. 10. 9. 8. 7. 6.
"Okay, do you have a boyfriend?" He blurts out. And all of a sudden I can't breathe.
My noisy surroundings fade away as I'm pulled back into a memory.
"I promise to love you forever."
"Promise?" I whisper.
"Promise." He whispers placing his forehead to mine.
I giggle as I give him a quick peck before smiling widely.
"Nora?" I feel someone shake my shoulder pulling me back from my memory.
I couldn't reply. All I could feel was disgust and anger take over my body. I looked down to my drink and in one quick motion downed it. I turned my head and looked at Drew. I mean really looked at him. Yeah, he would have to do.
I smirked and before he knew it I slammed my lips onto his.
Not bad. I decided as I gave him access to my mouth. He pulled me out of my chair and into his lap where I felt little Drew awaken. I laughed.
"Let's get out of here." I nodded and ten minutes later we were at my house. Somehow still kissing. I rapidly open my door and pulled him through. He lifted me up and moaned when he felt my opening against his bulge.
"Where's your room?"
"You don't need to know that, we can take the guest room that's on the right."He shoved his mouth back onto mine as we stumbled into the room, where we proceeded to fuck each other.
