Hold Me Close

*Time Skip 2 Weeks*

It has been two weeks since Baekhyun confessed his feelings to me. I don't know if he still has those feelings. Or if he has moved on. But I don't know if I like him back. But aside from that in a week I will debut as the newest member of EXO next week performing our new song "Hold Me Close." I was on my way to dance practice with the members. Once we got out of the car we entered the SM building and went to our dance practice room.

Inside were our instructors Jung and Inhye.

"Okay guys, so for the next few days until Friday we are going to practice the dance we choreographed to Hold Me Close." Jung said while stretching.

"So we are going to arrange you guys in the starting position." Inhye said walking towards us. "Okay I want you all to make a V shape with  Jisu at the front, but make sure you guys cover her." The members did as she said.

*a few hours later*

We got through the entire choreography. We still need to perfect it, but for now it's good. I was gathering all my stuff to make my way to the vocal practice room. When I entered I was the first one there. I introduced myself to the instructor until Baekhyun, D.O, Chen, Suho and Xiumin came in. We worked on the song together and harmonized. We sounded amazing.

"Okay Jisu, how good are you in high notes?" The instructor named Mong asked me.

"I think I'm okay in them." I said shrugging.

"Okay because I want you to hit this note." Mong said right before he sung a really high note but managed to make it sound beautiful.

"Umm... Now I don't know." I said doubting myself.

"Just try it. We know you'll do great." Suho said cheering me on.

"Well okay. But may your ears Rest In Peace ." I then proceded to sing the high note. I thought it sounded great, not to be cocky or anything. But I didn't know I could sing like that.

Slowly everyone started to clap.

"Wow! I didn't know you could sing like that! You have to teach me!" Chen did laughing.

"See? I knew you would do great." Baekhyun said smirking at me.

We then practiced for about another half an hour before the rest of the other members came in. The vocalists took a break while the dancers and rappers started practicing.

"Okay now all of you guys are going to practice this song together for about an hour." Mong said. I took my place in between Chanyeol and Lay. Chen started singing and after that we all fell in place.

"Hold me close~" I sang. All the other members gasped. After we finished practicing, we headed to the studio to record the song.

*3 Hours Later*

We were listening to the final recording of the song. All the members were listening intently. Once the last note of the song came up which was also my high note all the members screamed.

"Ahhhhh that was so good!" Chanyeol said hugging all the air out of me.

"Thank you." I said smiling.

All the members were complimenting me until our manager hyung came in.

"Hi EXO." He said. We all stood up and bowed.

"Annyeong haseyo." All of us said at the same time.

"So here are your schedules for the rest of the week until Saturday." The manager said handing us all the papers. " So as you can see until Thursday we will just be shooting the music video and practicing. We discussed our questions with the manager. "Don't worry you guys will have a break for a week after the concert, since we are going to have the fans wait in agony for a week until the music video drops." Manager Hyung said laughing. With that he left the room.
