Ever since I met her, I met Shannon, I thought my life was complete and that she was all I needed. We were mad, deeply and crazy in love but things did not turn out the way I hoped because for all I knew there was something she was hiding from her...

It was about three years or so ago when I saw her walk into the office as a newly hired technician. Her obsidian black hair tumbling on her shoulder, smoothly ran down her narrow back, her dark colored skin peeking from inside her uniform and her bright hazel eyes that shone brightly. It was not loved at first sight, rather, every time she had troubles or was faced with a variable, I would somehow always feel obliged to hold out a helping hand for her. I did not know why until I feel a sudden weight in my heart and I slowly move my hands on to it and as cliche, as it may seem, I could feel my heartbeat, every pound in my chest. No, no way, it cannot be!

I kept denying my feelings, kept shoving it aside thinking it was not true, that it was just a one time happening but no! There was a meeting on this one Monday discussing important issues and whilst everyone was against Shannon's ideas, she still kept strong and fighting for her morals and ideas.

At that very moment, I knew I was in love.

The one I would spend days thinking of,

And the one I would spend my nights dreaming about,

The one I would share my life with,

And the one I would love,

Was nobody but Shannon.

Not only was she clumsy but she was also intelligent and well mannered. Oh where would I be able to find another one like her...

Soon after, I gathered all my courage and decided to ask her if she wanted to officially be my girlfriend, and without hesitation, Shannon said yes!

Our love story was sweet, we laughed, lived and did all sorts of lovey-dovey things like a usual couple and finally, after one long, cherished year, I asked for her hand in marriage. 

Her thin arms sprint and wrapped around my buff body. In that moment, in that embrace, the world stopped still on its axis. There was no time, no wind, no rain. My mind was at peace, how did I not discover this beautiful being before? I inwardly thanked god and hugged all the tighter. A love like this was to be cherished for life.

I know my chapter is short as fuck but i will try to make it longer. Idk I just like short chapters better

Anyways wot r ur thoughts and do u want longer chapters or are u fine with these short as fuck chapters (I don think anyone is gonna comment or read)
