"You've got a massive castle,"

This boy scared the shit out of me. I watched as his green eyes studied the 'castle'. I honestly didn't like the fact that it actually was a castle. I really hated that word. But I hated everything to do with my life.

"How did you get back here?" I panicked while checking my surroundings. Where did he come from? Was he following me?

"I came from the back, just like you," he said with an excessive amount of humor in his voice. Oh. I hadn't realized him sitting next to me, as I was still trying to find out who he was. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I moved over to the very end of the bench. Who the hell is this guy?

"Well you don't look like anyone to be at one of my sister's parties," I said rudely while looking him up and down. Black skinny jeans with rips in the knees, off white t-shirt and weird pointy boots was not acceptable. Then again neither was my outfit. His hair looked like he had ran his hand through it a million times. But in a way he looked really good, too good for barely trying. There's no way he was there for the party.

"I'm not. My dad works for your family, and so do I," He explained while smirking and running his hand through his hair. There it was. I'd never seen him inside, which made sense considering I never left my room. Then why was I even out here? I could be in my room doing way more important things than talking to a stranger.

"Then why did you make it seem like you've never seen the castle before?"

"I never really get to look at it. I just walk in and out. But I saw you walk out here and-"

"Then why are you out here? Were you following me?!" I said a little too loud while starting to get up.

"No! Well not exactly. You're Blair right?" He says way too quickly for me to understand.

"Yes," I answered pulling my dress down and sitting again.

"I'm Harry,"

"I didn't ask?"

"I guess not," he laughed. Wow.

"You never told me why you were following me," I crossed my arms.

"You only asked if I was following you, not why,"

"Well I'm asking you now," I rolled my eyes. I hate this. He's so annoying.

"Because I had nothing better to do I guess," he shrugged. That's hard to believe.

"What about your 'job',"

"Why would you make bread at night?" He literally chuckled. Seriously?

"You actually make bread?" I giggled.

"Yeah? What's wrong with that?" He sat up looking very offended.

"Nothing!" I looked over at the fountain in front of us while trying not to laugh. He looked pretty intimidating, it was cute though.

"Well what do you do? Sit around? I've never seen you do anything unlike your sister-"

"Yes I actually do just sit around. There's nothing for me to do here! They don't need me," I'd never actually said that out loud. It sounded a lot more depressing to hear than think.

"Oh," He ran his hand through his hair again.

"Yeah.."

"Maybe you need to get out and do something,"

"Why?"

"Because you're not living your life! If you just sit in your room all the time, you're never going to do anything or meet new people,"

"So I should just sit outside until some weird guy comes along for me to meet?" He glared at me for a second then ignored the question. The wind started to pick up, making me shiver instantly.

"Are you cold?" He looked worried. Why would he care?

"Yes, and you're not?" I shouldn't have come out here, mid-November is way too cold for a strapless knee length dress.

"Not really. If I had a coat if give it to you though," He smiled.

"Well you don't have to treat me like a queen, I'm not important."

"Just because you're not a queen doesn't mean you're not as important,"

"That's not how it works,"

"That's how it should work though," He looked at me, his green eyes made it impossible to look away. We kept eye contact for what seemed like forever until he got up and ran his hand through his hair.

"You're still cold aren't you?" He smirks. I completely ignored the fact I was cold while talking to him. It was like the wind had stopped. Did it?

"Yeah," I lied. I guess I should go inside. We walked in silence until we got to the door. As he quickly opens the door for me we walk inside to see nobody from the party. It was like it never happened. How long were we out there?

"We must have been outside for a while,"

"I guess,"

"Well, goodnight Blair," Harry winked and made his way down the hallway, leaving me in the dim lighting provided in the ballroom.
