I go to the barracks to change into something more comfortable.

I get dressed in black ripped jeans, converse knee-high high tops, one sparkly pink and one sparkly blue, a white and black striped graphix tank flow shirt, and I leave my brown hair down. I slip into my favorite army jacket before walking away.

I grab my phone, which has a pink metallic case on it, and stick it in my pocket before going out back, to see Luke, Emma, Zuri, and Ravi, climbing into my father's B.A.T.

"Hey, guys." I say.

"Hailee!" Luke and Emma shout.

Zuri turns around and smiles, before the three run over to me.

Ravi's a little scared of me, since I showed up on Jessie's computer screen, still in my uniform from training, my face bloody and covered in mud.

"Hailee, we were just about to drive the B.A.T. You wanna come?" Luke and Zuri ask me in stereo.

"Uh, that's my dad's but he doesn't mind it when I drive it. I can teach you, but-." I start, but they're already in the B.A.T. zooming off to the statue.

I chase after them, soon coming into the views of Colonel Shannon, Jessie, and my dad.

I push Colonel Shannon and Patton out of the way, catching the statue as it falls.

I feel a peircing pain in my shoulders, and I glance to see that blood was sprouting from my shoulders.

"Ah." I wince.

Jessie, my dad, and Colonel Shannon help the statue off of my shoulders.

"That statue has stood there for seventy years!" Dad roars.

"Then he's probably happy to take a load off." Zuri sasses.

My dad glares at her.

"So, when I say, stay in the barracks and unpack, you hear, go for a joyride and mow down a monument?!" Jessie hisses.

"You have to admit, what they hear is a lot more fun than what you say." I tell Jessie.

She gives me a 'not helping' look.

"Why are you driving my Battle Attack Transport?! Jessie, are these your kids?" Dad asks Jessie.

The four nod, but Jessie is oblivious to that.

"Nope."

I give Jessie a look.

"Okay, fine. Emma, Luke, Ravi, Zuri, this is my dad, Lieutenant Colonel Prescott. And Colonel Shannon, the post commander. And you all know Hailee from video calls. She's a cadet and a private." Jessie says.

"Oh, can either of you get me a room with a private bath? Or at least a toilet with a seat?" Emma asks my dad and Colonel Shannon.

"I'm a colonel, not a conceirge. I do not deal with potty problems." Shannon says.

"Then can we talk about the thread count? Because single digits is totes unacceptable." Emma continues.

Patton barks and Mrs. Kipling hisses at him. Patton then starts to whimper.

"No! You keep that overgrown iguana away from my Patton!" Colonel Shannon shouts and takes Patton back to their barracks.

"She is not an iguana! And it is not my gault that you pr pet looks like a big, fat, wrinkly rat!" Ravi shouts.

"Beleive it or not, he's the polite one." Jessie says.

"Way to stick up for your pet, Ravi. And, you don't have to be scared of me. That's when I was doing training overtime." I say.

Ravi nods and smiles up at me.
