It's Thanksgiving, and the McGregor siblings have nothing to be happy about. Kristen's older, very protective triplet brothers want to meet her boyfriend. Brandon, who was the golden boy back in high school gets a slap in the face when his high scho...
Yellow Springs, New Jersey was a small town of a population "small enough to know everyone." Yellow Springs had two modest downtown pizzerias (one served other Italian delicacies), two pharmacies (that were right across the street from each other), a flower shop that has been established since the birth of Yellow Springs, and small family businesses that made everyone wonder if they ever made profit.
At the end of Cedar Lane stood tall, baby blue colonial house that seemed to watch over the entire town. On the night of April 5, 1994, Mr. McGregor was having a wonderful dream about his old high school soccer team winning the big state game all those years ago.
His best friend from high school, Cliff, passed him the ball. He dribbled the ball passed three of the opposing team's defenders and shot the ball right past the goalie.
GOAL!
He was just about to grab the trophy until he heard some yell, "They're coming!"
Mr. McGregor quickly opened his eyes to see that a very pregnant Mrs. McGregor who was breathing deeply.
"They're coming?" Mr. McGregor said groggily while reaching over his glasses.
"They're coming!" she repeats as the pain takes over all her senses at the sudden contractions. When the sudden, sharp pain pierced through her like a sword, Mrs. McGregor knew at that moment her triplet sons were about to be born.
Mr. McGregor scrambled out of bed and looks for the clothes that he had laid out for the both of them in case an occasion popped up like this one.
Where were those damn clothes?
He finally found them on top of the ottoman that was in front of the bed.
"Here, honey," he passed her the clothes and put on his as quickly as possible.
"I need your help," Mrs. McGregor gasped while pain shot through her entire body.
"Of course!" Mr. McGregor said while looking for their emergency bag that he packed three months ago.
He helped his wife into the large and comfortable dress that she had also prepared just for this moment. Mr. McGregor just couldn't believe that this moment has finally arrived after all the months of endless preparation.
After carefully helping his wife into the car Mr. McGregor started driving as quickly and safely as he could to the hospital. He could hear his wife's labored breathing from his right, and Mr. McGregor held his wife's hand in support. She held tightly onto his hand as he passes through the winding streets of Yellow Springs.
When they finally reach the hospital, Mr. McGregor heard his wife finally let out a small sigh of relief. Just as they walk through the doors of the hospital, Mrs. McGregor stopped dead in her tracks and gasped, "Oh my god. I think I'm gonna give birth."
If you ask Mr. McGregor what exactly happened at that exact moment, he would tell you that he just went on autopilot. But, he had been told that he was yelling at the receptionist at the front of the lobby demanding for a doctor to see his wife. He broke the poor receptionist into tears during her first day of work and was almost escorted out of the hospital by security when she froze in fear.
Mr. McGregor stared down in awe at his first son, Brandon's sleeping face. On the other side of the hospital room, his wife rests after the painful C-section. Mr. McGregor just couldn't take his eyes off his sons, Brandon, Owen, and Holden. He couldn't stop holding one of them even though the time was well into dawn. When Mr. McGregor put one son down, he would go to pick up another one just to show them that he loved them all equally.
Mr. McGregor knew at that moment as the rays of the sun peeped through the blinds of the window that his boys were special. And, that was the day that the famous McGregor triplets were born into the world.

Hey guys!
I have a total fondness for this story. It has very short chapters, but this will be a fun, lighthearted story about overprotective brothers.
I got this story idea from watching the Song triplets of Superman is Back when I wondered what would happen if male triplets finally got a baby sister?
