after 10 minutes of waiting, the taxi has finally arrived . It's gonna be a long tiring Day. There's an event going on to the restaurant she currently working for. she's started working at Faye's restaurant 1 year ago as waitress . but just got promoted as manager 2months ago after passing her management training for managerial. she studied BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management that helps her get to where she is today.

And at the same time baby sitting raye when she have spare time in her hand. she love baby sitting raye, but now being the manager giving her a hard time spending it to him. mahilig sya sa bata.

after her own child died after giving birth. but she immediately set that aside. trying not to think about it . she look at her phone. she still have time before the event start.

she don't have to live in the shadow of her past anymore. she have a stable job that keeping her busy.

Pag pasok Nya ng restaurant akala mo my chaos na nangyayari. She check her watch to see that it's still early to prepare. she need to ask what's going on. dahil as far as she know 1:00pm pa ang start ng event.

"nadya! bakit nagkakagulo dito? 12:30 plang hah. 1:00 ang start ng event." she look so tense and nervous.

"omg maam ! buti nandito kna! please go to the galley ASAP! the food still not prepared, wala si chef buddy. nagka emergency daw sa bahay Nila and we're short of people in the kitchen. "

"alam ba to ni sir rock? is he here?" looking out to the place search for him.

"oo sinabi na namin, wala pa xa dito but his on the way na. he ask me nga Kung nandito kna daw, kasi ikaw Lang ang pwede na mag fill sa pwesto ni chef buddy with your culinary skills! "

"okay I got it. hope I can't pull this out in just 30 mins ." and start walking to the galley.
Nawala na ang kaba Nya ng makita na nakaprepare na ng ibang dishes except the 2 main course dish.

" what's the main dish for tonight?"

" Boeuf Bourguignon & chicken cordon bleu ma'am'
do you think we can make it on time?". keep checking his watch.

" we have to. We don't have much of a choice. " and start preparing it. trying to stay calm because there's no time panicking for now.

the event went smoothly well despite the short notice. His assistant choose a very good place and they serve the best food and wine. Starting to think it'd be a good preference in choosing his business deal for the restaurant his planing inside his newly built hotel branch.
