Flashback Tommy's POV
"TOMMY" Ana's screams rattled through Tommy's body and he found himself on top of her. He pulled himself up with little effort.
"I'm alright my love, It's alright " Tommy cupped Ana's face in his hands "it didn't hit me"
"But it was pointed at you Tommy, the bullet left the gun" Ana sniffed and touched Tommy's hands with her own "But I saw you, you were..." Ana's eyes glistened with tears a she processed what had happened "How did it not hit you Tom?"
"Ana" a voice coughed from behind them. Ana was so relieved for Tommy's safety she had forgotten Bears position. As Tommy moved aside Ana was horrified as the giant of a man laid on the ground next to them.
"NO" Ana cried as she rushed to him, tears filled her eyes.
"I couldn't let them take him from you Ana" Bear struggled to speak.
"You're going to be alright, we will get help" Ana fought the tear's that were burning her eyes "Please Oso don't leave me"
Bear's eyebrows furrowed and he smiled weakly as he heard Ana call him a name he was sure she had forgotten, the name she gave him when they were small children. Bear started coughing and this time his lips reddened with blood...

"Promise me you will stay with my body and not let them bury me here" Bear stuttered in between gasps for breath "Take my body home, Bury me with my gypsy kin"
"I promise" Ana stroked Bears cheek gently...tears stained her face as the fell from her eyes. Tommy knelt beside Ana as she called out for her brother. His eyes were fixed on hers, until he drifted away and his breathing stopped. Ana screamed out again "NOOOO" She screamed and shook in pain as Tommy tried to hold her, he kissed her temple, as he swallowed his own tears...
Neither of them had noticed the warehouse around them fill up with Police Men "Thomas Shelby" One of the officers spoke sternly.
"Tommy" Ana gasped as Tommy looked up and nodded.
"Then I need you to stand up" the officer added and Ana grabbed Tommy's hands.
"No" She exhaled shaking her head frantically, Ana was sure the police men had every intention of killing him.
"It's alright love, it'll be alright" Tommy knew he couldn't fight them there were too many, and Ana had already lost her brother. Beside he knew if he resisted then they would both end up being arrested or even worse killed...Ana tried to keep hold of Tommy's hands but he managed to free himself.
"Thomas Shelby I am arresting you for the murder of James O'Connel" Tommy looked down at Ana who was just staring into his eyes "You'll hang for this" the officer sniggered in Tommy's ear as he led him away.
"Tommy" Ana cried as she stood up to follow.
"If she follows then we'll arrest her as an accomplice to your crimes and she too will face the gallows. You might have gotten away with this incident, but your not untouchable" The officer warned.
"Ana, My love you have to stay" Tommy pleaded "Wait for Arthur to come around, he'll probably need to go to a hospital"
"Tom I..." Ana argued but Tommy stood his ground.
"ANA JUST FUCKING STAY HERE, PLEASE" Tommy's raised voice made Ana realise what Tommy was trying to tell her.
Ana flopped to the ground as they led Tommy away leaving her sat beside Bear once more. She sniffed and felt the tear's come again as she laid her head down on Bears chest.
Back at Shelby Manor
Ana's feet shuffled through the house, she was surprised to be met by May "Please tell me they've made a mistake?" She trembled as she spoke and grabbed helplessly as Ana's hand "Please Ana tell me they're wrong...tell me he's not dead"
"I can't, I'm sorry" Ana sniffed and fought the tear's that wear burning her eyes "I'm so sorry..."
"No" May shook her head in disbelief and on an inward breath, her tears came. May's leg could barely withstand her wait as she sobbed, Ana hugged May for a moment before discarding her and heading towards Williams nursery.
Lizzy was sat in a chair with William in her arms. Ana didn't even hesitate she pulled him up into her arms and held him tightly, kissing his forehead and cheeks "I love you so much, my beautiful boy" she whispered.
A familiar voice demanded to see Ana immediately from downstairs. Ana turned and within few moments the voice became a face "What happened? Where's Thomas?" Polly asked and Ana exhaled deeply.
"He's been arrested Pol" Ana replied calmly.
"And Arthur?"
"He's in hospital, they want to monitor him over night for concussion" Ana sighed.
"And what about Guy...?" Polly paused when she saw Ana falter "Oh God no" she gasped and rushed to catch Ana. She steadied her and then took William and handed her back to Lizzy "Take him for a walk Lizzy, the air is fresh and quite warm outside"
"Yes Ma'am" Lizzy obeyed Polly's orders.
"Not too far though Lizzy, I need to keep him close" Ana spoke up and Lizzy acknowledged her order also.
"Of course not Mrs Shelby, I'll stay in the grounds" Lizzy smiled and headed out of the room.
Polly hesitated until she was sure Lizzy had fully disappeared "Tell me everything that happened my darling" Polly took Ana's, still trembling hands in hers and held them tightly.

Tommy sat upright in his cell when he heard footsteps. The door unlocked and standing in front of him were two senior officers "Well, well, well Thomas Shelby...didn't think we'd ever be seeing you here"
"I felt like a change of scenery" Tommy replied calmly "I like what you've done with the place..."
"That's enough talk" An officer snapped "Now we've been told by our superiors to make you stay here as discomfort able as possible...and do you know how we're going to do that?"
"Steal my pillow" Tommy smirked, he knew exactly what the officer meant but he though he would have some fun with them regardless...
"No you dirty gypsy scum" the other officer snarled before dealing a low blow to Tommy's abdomen "Get the picture now Tinker?"

"May" Ana's voice lifted May's head "I really wish there was something I could say, I just..."
"There is nothing" May spat "I told him not to go, begged him in fact...he was so determined to protect you"
"I know I'm..." Ana said but May stooped her midsentence.
"No, I don't want your apologies. He died because of you and the trouble that follows you all around. I was warned to stay away and I wish I'd have listened...now I am without a husband and my baby is without a father"
"You're pregnant?" Ana gasped, her mouth gaping a little...May nodded and smiled gently. She looked into Ana's eyes and saw the same pain she felt, for the first time she realised just how much Ana loved her brother...
