Chapter 4 ~Past~

Y/N's POV

I was taking a walk in the forest, a knife with me just in case zombies. While walking, I came across a river. I looked at my reflection in the water. I looked up to see a little girl, she had H/C hair, and E/C eyes. A gush of wind flew past us, her hair flowing in the air. "Who? Are you?" I asked. Her lips turned into a smile "Follow me" She whispered and started running somewhere. I blinked and then hopped my way over, using the stepping stones placed. I searched for the girl, I found her, staring at me from a distant, in a field, smiling. I ran to her but she moved when I got closer. I stopped, to breathe. I continued again and found out she led me to a forest. I couldn't see the girl no more, all I could here was her laughter. "Where?" I asked. Then, out of nowhere, something fell in front of me. I blinked and saw the girl, hanging down. "This is my playground! I don't let anyone in, without my permission. Those who step in uninvited" She said, she held up her hand and fire came out, I looked at the flames, took a step back. "Die..." She whispered, her whites of her eyes turning black and her pupils turning red for a split second, before returning back to their normal colours. "I used to have lots of friends, playing. But they all disappeared. I don't know why" She said. We played in the trees, hide n seek, tag" She said. "The fun all ended when I pushed someone of a high tree....." She told smiling at me at the end. "...You....murdered someone?" I asked. "Heh....'you', don't you mean we?" She corrected looking at me straight in the eye. I....I did. It was by accident. "..I-I didn't mean too" I whispered, hanging my head down, my hair blocking my face. "Blood is on your hands. And you'll do the same to all your friends. Just. Like. We did" She said grinning. My eyes were wide, full of horror, I tembled and shook violently, shaky breaths and gasps coming out of my mouth. This version of me.....has some different things from me. I lifted my head and stepped back, turned and ran "I'll be waiting" Her voice whispered and echoed around

Seto's POV

I went for a walk through the stumpy forest. I jumped on some giant mushrooms and trees, when I saw...a huge fairy ring, made by smaller fairy rings. A lake was in the middle and I saw someone, standing there. I was curious and hopped down the red mushroom I was on. I walked over there, but stopped when I approached a fairy ring, knowing what will happen when I step in or destroy it. The boy lifted his head up. He looked just like me..."Hi Seto" He greeted, smiling. "Who....are you?" I asked, "Come here" He whispered, his voice echoing. "I-I can't, there's a fairy ring blocking my path" I stated. "Here" He said, and with the wave of his hand he made the rings disappear. I looked in amazements and looked up, only to see home running away. "Hey! Wait a minute!" I shouted, running after him. I heard him giggling and laughing. I kept running and running till I found myself in a swamp. I heard footsteps around me. I turned to find the culprit but nobody. That's when I saw footsteps, sunken into the water, leading to a broken house. I decided to follow it and saw the boy standing on a broken wall, his back turned to me. "He-" I was gonna say something when he cut me off saying "Remember when I met that girl" "Her and I used to spend so much time together" "Sharing each minute of our lives..together" "But then, I poisoned her, causing her death?" "Remember?" "W-What!?" I asked, stepping back in horror. "Oh, my bad! I should turn all those I's.....to we's" "We shared our lives with her, We caused her death" He spoke. It was true... "I....It.....I...didn't mean to.....it was an accident!" I shouted, falling on my knees and holding my head as I recalled memories. "How could've it been an accident Seto?" He said, turning to me. His pupils blood red and the whites of his eyes jet black. "YOU ARE A MURDERER" He whispered. "I DIDN'T MEAN TO!! I SWEAR!!" I cried, as I covered my face. "IT WAS FOR THE GOOD. SHE KILLED YOUR BROTHER" He said, jumping off the wall and standing in front of me "BUT SHE WAS MY FRIEND!" I cried. "Time can never be reversed. LIVE THAT MEMORY FOREVER!" He screamed. I had enough. I got up and ran. "I'll be waiting" His voice whispered and echoed around.
