Somebody New

I awake in a very soft bed with a blanket made of many patterns. I get up from my comfy bed and open my window. As I opened it I could feel the wind between my fingers. When I opened my window completely, the gentle breeze in my hair felt great. I noticed that there were tons of people in the market today, it usually wasn't very full so I decided to check it out. Wiping my eyes, I walked to the front door and open it. 

I walked over to the crowd of many people, and heard them cheering on. Then I thought what if it's a fight? I never would have thought it would be a real fight, but it was! My mind was blown, no one has fought for so long until now! I eventually got close enough to see what they looked like. They were both men I think, one of them had shiny knight armor while the other one was wearing a cloak. The one with knight armor was really good at dodging the others attacks, but the one with the cloak kept attacking. The funny thing was that his attacks were visible to me, but everyone else is staring in awe. I mean, it hasn't been that long...has it? Shortly the battle ended, and it all ended by one strike of the knight's sword. That must have meant he had a lot of energy from dodging so long. That was a pretty good strategy to use, even if it was just a small battle. The person in the cloak steps back slowly and runs off into the woods. I guess the person in the cloak felt embarrassed after loosing the battle. Maybe if I chase him until he stops I could cheer them up!  

So I start running in the same direction they were headed, and at first it was taking a while...until I heard their footsteps. Just ahead was the person I was chasing so long for. Oh no! I think he heard my footsteps! He was starting to slow down a bit, and heard their loud huffing and puffing. Maybe I should start slowing down to or else he'll want to run longer! I start to slow down as well as the person in front of me, and I hide behind a bushes. They stop completely and without warning they say...

"I know that someone is here, so come out and stop being cowardly!"

I freeze up for a second, but snap out of it and say, "Why would you say that to a girl?"

All of a sudden he takes a step backward and says, "Oh! I am so sorry! I just was in a fight with someone and...kind of...lost."

"I know...because I saw you battling."

"Oh...you were?..I see, well...you probably think I'm weak. Wait a minute...why did you come out here then?"

I took a few steps forward and said, "I came out here so I could try and cheer you up!"

"Heh...that's stupid. Why would you do that to a stranger? And why would you care?"

"Well first off, you need one of these." I give them a long hug. I could feel their clothes underneath their cloak, they reminded me of someone...Wait a second these clothes...I think I know why they seem so familiar!
